Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., born on September 25, 1980, is an American rapper known by the stage names T.I. and Tip. He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and is considered one of the pioneers of trap music, a subgenre of hip hop. Alongside other Atlanta-based rappers like Jeezy and Gucci Mane, T.I. played a key role in popularizing this style of music. He got his start in the late 1990s when he met local music executive Kawan "KP" Prather and joined his company, Ghet-O-Vision Entertainment. In 1999, he signed his first major-label record deal with LaFace Records, a subsidiary of Arista Records. His debut studio album, "I'm Serious," released in 2001, didn't achieve much commercial success and was his only album with the label.

Tight beat. Sounded like Jay-z in the beginning.

Cybeat It's a vocal sample from Jay-Z's "What More Can I Say?" and Jay took it from Biggie's verse in "Keep Your Hands High" with Tracey Lee in '97.
