Met Balz in 2011 at a meet and greet in Sydney he was awesome to me And my friends. Seen MIW while he was part of them 3 times some of the best live experiences I've had and I've seen alot of bucket list bands. So glad to hear he's doing well
I can totally relate to being cheap. I felt like he was reading my mind. This guy is amazing. To be only 32 & have accomplished so much, especially coming from so little. What an inspiration.
Once again to the people involved with the graphics well done 👍 From the shark in the jar to the Parlor Rootbeer it all looks super rad. Cool conversation too 🤘😎
My buddy and his wife both moved to Pitts from San Diego. They have a giant townhouse for the rental cost of a 1 bedroom back in SD. To Be Faaaaiiiiiirrr. It was for work, but they love it.
I like josh but I feel like he still has a lot to learn. I feel like he’s talking about things he’s not particularly versed well enough on, punching above his pay grade if you will. I’m just a nobody on the internet but his vibe to me reminds me a lot of myself; I have a bad habit of going way in on things that are far over my head. It’s obvious the age difference between Johnny and Josh, in terms of their experience in the industry
I'm glad you guys got into the business side of things. I must be in the minority here and love to hear about the music business. The last book I read was from Donald Passman (All You Need to Know About the Music Business). Great episode!!
You guys have Freese on your team??? Hell yeah! Also, Matt Halpern from Periphery said something similar about how to write music, you do it for yourself and not for the fans. The fans will come, make music you yourself want to listen to. That’s the best way
Pop music is popular bc the majority of people are shallow and sorry have NO taste. I mean there might be a few pop songs that are cool but let’s be real they are not poets when it comes to the lyrics so to me it’s plain boring and just meh listening to a pop song …but each their own. And MGK is way overrated. What he does has already been done .. without Travis Barker he wouldn’t be as successful. Rather check Ghostemane.. he’s a genius and really does something mind blowing by mixing all the genres. Just my opinion 🤷🏻♀️
Lmao not really, if he didn't ask questions or run off what he says, this would be a boring interview. You literally get an elaboration on what was said, maybe even more context.
Finally a member or ex member of motionless in white.❤️
Bro I'm loving the guests you've been having on. Spencer, Tech N9ne, and now Balz? The crossovers are insane.

Loved this! Had me cracking up the whole time!
So Johnny wants a Pinocchio ride at balz's theme park
I used to live 10 minutes from Kingston, Pa. Its not a bad place at all.
Those specs are high fashion
This was a good ass interview
Theme Park would be Balz To The Wall
Technically first!!!

Damn this dude cut Josh off almost every single time he was talking…. Annoying as hell.
It's Johnny's show...lots of hosts do that, and they seem cool af with each other.
