Why can't Epic Games just leave the album cover for Kill 'em All I don't see what's wrong with it since I'm Sexy and I Know It has an inappropriate album cover, but they still left it in. It's kind of stupid.

It's 'Cause of the blood. Epic has never shown blood in Fortnite. But they have got sexual innuendos. That's why festival is a 12 rating for "Sex"
