Yes, that would be the logical course of action but as I said, you should have at least 2 players (fast trainers) that you are gonna powertrain to 160%+. If you dont know about them, watch those vids in the description ;)

These players will last in your team for at least 2-3 seasons. I recommend to buy rather younger players, they can get in that level faster
