There is nothing offensive.Waha Aakash Durgakund me teachers ko salary time se nahi milta.June ki salary September -october me milti hai October ki salary January me milti hai.Saal bhar yahi laga rahta hai.10 baar salary maagna padta hai kabhi inse baat karo to kabhi unse baat karo.Ab teachers padhaye ya salary ke liye hi struggle karte rahe.In logon ke 10 type ke business hai.Hamara source of income bas teaching hi hai.Usme bhi agar time se paisa nahi milega,survival aur insecurity issue aayega to teachers kya karenge.
Time pe sallary to kabhi milti nahi hai teachers ko .Teachers ka bhi apna need hota hai hamesha late sallary milega to kaun padha payega .
Ek teacher ka samajh me aata hai lekin10-10 teacher chale gaye hai aur sab ka ek reason common hai sallary issue. Sallary time pe dena chahiye tha
