my copeland digital scroll chatters very loudly and my gauges show no pressure differential while running. HELP!

Let it cool down if it's hot some scroll compressor separates compressor from motor when hot, other than that the compressor is bad!

Can this compressot blow up it self if pipes or valve is clogged or broken?

No if you are referring to the unloader valve on the outside of the compressor
