The new LFs. Every new character that comes out is usually stronger than older characters because they get added to the boost system for a while. That’s how Toshi makes money. He makes the new characters better so everyone buys them.

Can someone educate me on why double rushing is a "bad thing"?

It isn't really a bad thing it's just that people say it's a bad thing cause they're basically calling you a wuss for double rushing because 2 rushes can kill two characters. So if they rush you at the start, you have 2 characters left. Let's say they killed your other character and now it's a 1v3, and they rush you again practically sealing your fate.
