Now i understand, if you are naming the first child that fell on the Underground, naming it Frisk makes them the first to fall, not Chara.
Using information from the game, we know that the older monsters were stronger, this is why the monsters are now stronger, because Frisk becomes the first to fall on the Underground, making them encounter more powerful monsters from when they were still combat ready because of the war with the humans just getting finished.

i understand it as they all grew up with love, and are the strongest versions of themselves (thats why the song sounds epic and playful, like some of the great free multiplayer communities of the 2010s) they all grew up playing with each other
They probably evolved in a way that no longer requires them to have strong combat skills, which is why they’re so weak in the ruins. The remaining stronger monsters were deported to the core as that place is the most vulnerable and needed heavily armed security
only issue with this is you're naming Chara's position, who fell before Toriel ever left Asgore to go to the ruins and Flowey even existed. I haven't played hardmode so I could be misremembering though.
Idk how better to describe this besides saying that when i looked up a remix of stronger monsters this was EXACTLY what i was looking for. Its like a perfect version of the song to me. kudos

Stronger Monsters but the Monsters that are Stronger are the other racers' engines
