The stack the deck is explained very well and easy to follow peeling back a portion of backing tape is a genius idea! 😊 Also the ‘piggyback’ page construction is a great alternative! I’m new to all this and I’m fortunate to have found your UA-cam. 😊 Thank you. 🇬🇧❤️🖤💙💜💚

Great binding idea, LOVE IT!! This idea will be just perfect for a simple little album for a Christmas giveaway I wanted to make for my best friend and her two daughters. The envelopes make for easy pockets, and are big enough for a substantial size pic. I always look forward to your "Days of Christmas" videos Laura. Such talent and ingenuity!! TFS.

Thank you! I've done two and one of them is for my sister's adoption which was final this week. I love the binding and that it gives so much space for thickness. I even made tubes out of large paper when I ran out of big envelopes. The possibilities are endless. Thank you again!

After having watched numerous videos in how to bind chipboard albums, I found yours to be straightforward and uncomplicated. I made one this past weekend with your hinge system and it came out wonderful! Thank you for creating this video!

Just made my first mini using this method. I don't see me making any other kind of binding. It doesn't get much better than this. It looks soooo nice. I really really miss you doing UA-cam videos. I feel like I never know what is going on with you anymore. I don't have time to watch all the UStream to find out. I would love it if you gave a short preview of what you are going to do. Then I can plan around my time. Anyway, loved this tutorial. Thanks so much for it!!

I use this method on my pocketbook album, love how you did it. I wanted a method of how to do it without the sewing. Love it.
Excellent video, thanks for posting! Going to try this method on a special album I'm making this fall, really like the clean binding. I also would like a quick tutorial on the cover. Pretty sure I got it but not 100% sure on the spacing but I can play and figure it out too. You have great ideas!!

This is brilliant - thank you so much for sharing this idea. I am fairly new to crafting. I have never made a mini album and I've got to be honest - the thought of doing so is intimidating! There are some truly amazing pieces on UA-cam which sometimes make me think that I just shouldn't bother trying since I could never turn out work a tenth as good.. However your tutorial has broken it down and made it feel so much more simple. I like the neat clean lines of the binding. This is a great place for someone like myself to start before attempting more complicated versions. Thanks again!

I have made two of these for friends and love them. I had to go on ebay to find the Tim Holtz doily die, but it was worth it because that makes the whole mini.

Wow your a genius! I have been searching you tube to try and find a mini album to make. This will be my first one, but they are all bulky and do not lay flat. For some reason or other the bulk bugs me... But this oh boy can't wait it
