Different colleges have different fee structures. Government colleges will be less expensive as compared to private universities. In order to become a clinical psychologist, you have to go for mphil in clinical psychology, after your masters, from a RCI recognized college(some of them offer stipend as well) after which you will get a license to practice as a clinical psychologist.

There are many career options after pursuing psychology and the scope is growing in the field. However you need to know and accept the fact that it takes at least 5-7 years to build a career in the field of psychology. Money comes a little later in life after you have gained some experience. Do internships and certification courses along with your degree.
