Idea for video was cool, but I would have appreciated seeing 5 "river" tables. You compared apples to champagne with those examples. As for hater trolls, they don't understand the process, cost of material & time involved. Tune that stuff out.

I believe that the Tuft (?) table would not bring that much today, We had an offer on a 18th tall chest in 2000 abd by 2019 the price dropped 30%. The antique market has fallen on hard times.

My latest table went for 6.3k to a guy who owns race horses. Someone said once. for all the people in the world its all about the 1. For custom one of a kind pieces its worth it.

Not an expert, but I believe restoring them brings the price way down. Someone can let us know.

When using casting epoxy, can you pour it In stages like half inch thickness at a time and wait for it to set up and add another half inch etc?

When using a deep pour casting epoxy you shouldn’t have to. Better to pour it in one go to reduce the risk of contaminants like dust getting trapped between the layers and affecting the clarity of your result.
You would need to pour in separate layers if for example the product you were using was a tabletop coating epoxy. Which set more quickly and had a lower maximum pour depth and thus a greater likelyhood of going exotherm ( positive feedback of polymerization that causes rapid production of heat which speeds up the reaction 🔄🔥)
