@@Shindai4you alphamon, but is a little glitched, you mega evolve and when the battle ends, you go back to the baby stage, instead of dorumon

Nova Red is going to get a significant upgrade over the next few days. :) All of Emerald's mons are being imported back to Nova Red, and a handful of the custom attacks as well. Stay tuned!

So I found this about 1 week ago and got to the Top4 already once... It's so good, I love seeing my digimon in a proper game.
Are you planning to do a new project with better graphics like a romhack of Gen6 or something? Would like to see some new digimons like cresgarurumon or all armor-evolutions
But it's awesome anyway, can't stop playing it.
Thanks for the positive feedback! Right now I'm redoing Fire Red in a more modern rom base.
Following that I may do either a hack of Gen II or Gen IV. No plans for anything beyond that I'm afraid.

@@TheGuzeinbuick Many friends say that almost all of the sprites come from the Digimon ds games, in my opinion it seems funny to me how tight some sprites are in the structure of the sprites of pokemon emerald lmao , But itself? Will there be more original sprites? I had seen a Digimon ROM in Pokémon but it's fire red pokemon, I don't know if it's yours

It's really cool what you've done here. I think the thing that drives me crazy about this one and NovaRed is just the inconsistency in the lines. Like some have all 6 stages and others are like Champion > Ultimate or Rookie > Ultimate > Mega or worst of all the couple that are Baby > Rookie > Mega it just drives my ocd insane to the point where I just can't play without getting frustrated. 😓

Mons were included based on the availability of their sprites. The spritework I put into this game is already 200+ hours of work.

Hi, i tried to play this and my summary screen doesnt work. i cant see moves, ability ,nature ,etc its all blank. And when i go to the summary screen in battle: my text boxes turn purple and my screen tweaks out. do you know how to fix that ? i really want to play this game..
Also i've played Nova Red: awesome game! the only issue i ran into was the move (moonblast) either freezes the game or force resets the rom if its used. thx

this game is great. some of the digivolutions are a bit weird and dont make sense (cough cough they did my boy Gotsumon dirty by not letting him become Golemon) and the sprites can be weird (some of them just use the VB sprites, like the Vorvomon line and others have color issues like Floramon, the latter is less of an issue just kinda nitpicky) and the typings can be wonky (like Togemogumon not being ice when he clearly has ice on him), but overall great game.
Glad you're enjoying it! And yeah I made this game about two years ago when I didn't really know that much about Digimon tbh. Digimon Crystal is way more lore-accurate and Digimon Platinum is currently in its conceptual stage that will follow Digimon typings and evolutions almost 100%. Stay tuned!
Very excited for Digimon Platinum since im a massive gen-4 fan (diamond was my first pokemon game and platinum is one of my favorite pokemon games). Hoping to see my boys Volcamon and PileVolcamon (granted they are pretty niche when it comes to digimon so if they arent it it wont be too odd). Good luck on development and i hope it goes well!

Weren't you the one that made a gba hackrom with digimon but with little sprites? The one that had a shit ton of mons in it? Like 800+? Because I'm trying to search for that rom that I played some months ago, but I can't find it, the sprites in that game were less detailed but there was so many of them, a huge amount, and I had a PDF that detailed the evolution for each one

Hmmm if you google Digimon Emerald rom you should be able to find it on some sketchy websites. But be warned, they often don't have the most recent release.
I have a question with alphamons evolution method, he need the mega ring and "x-antibody". That x-antibody is an attack or an item?
In the case that is an attack how do i trigger the mega evolution?
And in the case that is an item where i can find it?

"Cool" type is a glitch I forgot to patch. 😅 He will turn back into Fairy after evolving into Angemon. Sorry for the invonvenience.
You picked up Moon=Milleniummon in Lanette's house. Remember the message that read "Storage System infected! Do not access Box!" That was Moon=Milleniummon hacking into your Box from the Digital World. The emails in Lanette's house also allude towards it.

Potentially! But you would have to use a special program called Pokemon Game Editor to import all the assets, and PGE isn't so relevant these days as most hackers are using something called Disassembly.
Have you planned to give gammamon all its form and official mega form?
That would be cool! But there's currently no plans to update this game any further.

Hey, nice game, I love it. I was wondering if you could provide a cheat where you can modify the wind Mon encounters, I kinda want to complete the dex and even tho(probably) there is a complete dex cheat, it does not give me the satisfaction because I don't have the mon. 😀 I kindly ask, if you can't, it's ok, I would just play this game because pokemon and digimon are the shows that I watched growing up
Maybe try looking online for some Pokemon Emerald cheats? I don't know if they'll work with my hack, but it's worth a shot.
@@TheGuzeinbuick actually, I tried all emerald Mon Modifier cheat and it didn't work for me(I don't know if it works for others), I even tried ruby, sapphire, and other emerald ROM hacks and it didn't work.

@@toastforlife Good question! The short answer is spriting. Unless it's a Fresh or Rookie, all Digimon sprites are larger and more intricate than the rom allows. Therefore I have to painstakingly adjust each one until they fit the proper parameters. In short, it's a shit tonne of work. I decided to cap the Dex at 350 for my own sanity lol

I Cant Seem To Evolve My Sword Shoutmon Even Tho I Have The Mega Bracelet
It Says in the Game That I Need A Mega Stone Even Tho I Think It Doesnt exist In The Game, Anyways How Do U get The Mega Stone?
1. Buy a Harbour Mail from the Herb Shop in Lavaridge Town.
2. Head back to Mauville and visit the house next to the game corner. Talk to the lady inside and she'll trade you a coin case for the Harbour Mail.
3. Hit the game corner and gamble your ass off. Once you have enough coins you can buy an item called a Mega Bracelet. Once you have this item, you're good to go.
4. Defeat Team Magma at Meteor Falls. Interact with the machine they were messing with to obtain the Meteorite.
5. In one of the houses in Fallarbor Town you'll find Professor Cozmo. Give him the meteorite and he'll reward you with an item called a "Xross Code."
6. Allow SwordShoutmon to hold that item. In battle, press the start button and select an attack. SwordShoutmon will then warp digivolve into ShoutmonX3SD for that battle. But be aware, after the battle SwordShoutmon will de-digivolve back into Shoutmon. It will need to gain a level to evolve back into SwordShoutmon before it can use the Xross Code again.

You get the Mystic Ticket outside Victory Road. After beating the Elite Four, you can take the ferry to Naval Rock where you will find Megidramon and Neptunemon.

Did you give them an everstone or something? They evolve at 100.

Did you get the game from here? If you got it from an unofficial source it may be an outdated or glitched version.
@TheGuzeinbuick got it from the site that you posted, but then made a realization that a source I was using to see when certain digimon evolved at was wrong.
Plus I got two questions,
1) was there plans to have both the normal and the virus version (the huge purple monstrous form)of rasenmon ?
2) is there something with the mirage tower in the desert on route 111?
Also who are the two digimon needed for the sealed chamber area that replace wailord and relicanth from the original game?

@@doujin1343 Mobile might be kind of tricky. It would be easier to do it on desktop and then send the patched rom to your phone.
As a last resort, some third-party websites have hosted some versions of the game as pre-patched rom files HOWEVER I only recommend using them as a last resort as they tend to host outdated versions.

great rom, but not gonna lie, as a 20+ year digimon fan, some of the evolution line is a little disappointing, such as dracmon not evolving into grandracmon, kuwagamon doesn't evolve further, veemon can't evolve into ultraveedramon, skullknightmon can't evolve into dark knightmon, wingdramon can't go to examon, and etc
Throw me their sprites in a 64x64 pixel box with only 16 colors and I can add them in for you.

i just looked into the credit, everyone I mentioned except wingdramon are from official, which made it even more confusing now
@@dimensionvisitor7689 I ripped most sprites from Digimon World Dawn/Dusk. However, anything above a Rookie I had to tweak so they would be small enough to fit into a 64x64 pixel box. Also I often had to simplify their palettes so they only had 16 colours each. More work than it sounds! I spent over 100 hours ripping and adjusting the sprites for this game.
