GoPro Hero 3 - Riding with the homies in Park City

For some reason when I uploaded this the music and video didnt line up like it did in Final Cut But this is the sickest vid using gopro hero 3 of some homies tearin' it up snowboarding in Park City. Song is Bullet Train by Stephen Swartz. I used final cut pro x.

funny how the gopro sponsored videos look so much crisper and clearer than everyone else who is using the same camera. how is your battery life on the hero 3? I sent mine back cuz it was so shity,

My battery life isn't bad. I'll usually film somebody doing a run in the park averaging 2 minute runs then stop recording and turn off my camera when I'm not recording and get about 3-4 hours out of the camera. As for the quality I learned that shooting in pro tune mode and playing with the colors, contrast, brightness, etc. helps out the quality a lot. Also filming on sunny days and not snowy cloudy days.

Well 1080 is the highest the silver can shoot so obviously if you're just looking for clear shots then shoot in 1080 but if you want to do slomo shots you are going to want to shoot in your 720p at 60 frames setting.

I shot in 720p at 120 frames and 1080p at 60 frames.
