I live in Los Angeles. I never heard of such a place. I wanna know the name and the location.
All we got is franchise bakeries, franchise fast food, Max's... and one or two independently own places like Nanay Gloria's. There was this one fusion place called Belly and Snout. It was okay. I really want to find a place I can take my non-filipino Asian friends somewhere. We alway end up in a Thai, Pho, Japanese or Chinese place and I feel so left out.

I've been here too and it's really nasty food. We got sick after we ate here. Overhyped.

"Keep these kids out of trouble" Kung pupunta kang ibang bansa para MAGPASAWAY. Umiwi ka na lang ng pilipinas. Kasi kawawa naman ang mga magulang at lolo at lola niyong nagsakripisyo para lang makapag migrate tapos sasayang niyo lang pala ang pagod nila.

Cornbread bibingka. Creative! Truly American, encouraged by risk-takers. I bet cornbread bibingka was tried in Manila before, but rejected by their culture because it wasn't 'traditional'. lolz. Only in America, Pinoys....this culture is special.

It's not real filipino food, and way over priced.
