"a nude body and sexual content are not mutually exclusive" can be rephrased as "nudity and sexual content CAN occur at the same time." Though it's not an actual figure of speech, it would be more accurate to say "nudity and sexual content are not mutually Inclusive"

Before I got married, I too would spend days at a time naked. A fun activity that we both recommend highly, is go out into the rain whilst naked. Find a way to do it when its bucketing down. So good. Cold at first til your core temperature adjusts to it, then incredible

This reminds me of the public baths in Japan, both indoor and outdoor hot spring. They say being naked amongst your friends and colleagues promotes a stronger bond, or as they say, a skinship.
This video is funny but also really thought-provoking. It made me think that it's not only that I am umcomfortable with my body as it is right now (I'm a bit overweight than my 'normal'), but I also use clothes to hide it a lot of the time. I avoid seeing my naked body, and this was not a problem before for me. And it's quite sad, because I do enjoy fashion and getting dressed in a way that makes me happy. But I am now wondering if lately I am leaning onto fashion more just because it helps me hide my body, instead of celebrating it. Thank you for bringing this experiment to UA-cam, you are indeed a woman of science.
3 years late here, but from personal experience, not wearing clothes is extremely beneficial for both mental and physical wellbeing. Self esteem and confidence, being the biggest thing, and with that can help to positively improve mood over time. For me it started out sleeping naked simply due to the heat of summer, as well as getting tired of having my pajamas all twisted around me basically being strangled because I apparently toss and turn and do barrel rolls in my sleep. I found I no longer woke up due to that, I stopped sweating so my body temp was a bit cooler and more manageable, and since I didn’t sweat I had cleaner sheets (so long as you take a shower BEFORE bed). Also my skin improved also, Especially around the waist. It’s not at all normal or natural for our bodies to have elastic waist band from underwater tight against your skin literally 24/7 for every day of your life. You have to let your skin breathe. I had less red band marks on my waist, and less soreness. And because all that, I slept deeper and more soundly. After seeing that improvement, I tried to incorporate that into other aspects of my life such as exercise and yoga. Yeah you stick to the mat a bit lol, but you also keep cooler and don’t get too hot. It also allows you to see your physical progress better and doing activities in the buff can help you with your mental body image especially when working out. Then after that I tried skinny dipping. In public yeah I’ll wear a swimsuit, but in private or at a known skinny dipping spot I’ll jump in. For one it’s good to soak up that sun, and two it just feels great. As if you didn’t already feel like your floating in water, skinny dipping you feel like you are flying. I don’t know how to describe it. We are so used to the feeling of running water over our torso and arms and legs that we don’t take mind to it, but when moving water hits you in places that are normally shielded, it’s like a weird sensation on your skin because that spot of skin has never felt it before. It’s like a euphoric and freeing sensation. Like getting a pedicure for the first time or something idk.

Way late (not a nudist). 1. Apron whilst cooking naked is commendable but cheating. 😂 2. (Personally) cooking, cleaning, and exercise requires underwear. 3. Non-visual work should basically hold no grounds. 4. Typically, until very recently, I could only sleep nude with a partner next to me (whether anything happened or not). I've since changed that a bit because it IS more comfortable. That being said, clothes/a robe nearby for emergencies is a wonderful comfort (mentally).

When I'm home alone, and not expecting company, I spend quite a bit in the time nude. I sleep almost exclusively nude. Although........ fun fact........ possibly a bit strange, but when I'm going to sleep, I feel the need to cover up the "important bits" as if I don't want my night time ghost to see them. 💀😂

When I am home alone, 99.99% of the time I'm fully naked. For me it started with sleeping naked, and it just progressed because I really enjoy the comfort and ease it gives me. I also enjoy practicing yoga naked, it really helped me accept, appreciate and love my body. I love how you incorporated normal-every-day-life activities and I can agree on the sending emails naked part, very liberating and empowering. Although I spent many years like that from my early 20's till my early 40's when I got a new partner and her kids were living with her still so I had to start wearing clothes at home. Recently the last one moved out but the weather has not been conducive to the naked lifestyle. I had the same naked sleeping disaster fear. I have overcome this by practicing interesting ways to tie and wear a bed sheet! Now if I must flee in the dead of night I will do so in a fashionable toga XD
As a naturist myself, I'm glad to see you take the plunge and deliver an informed opinion as allways. So many people have pre-conceived ideas but never actually give it a go. Hats off to you. When you take sex out the frame, being naked just becomes a very calming and natural, way of life. it also removes many other social barriers. Clothes can sugest a social standing, body shapes are more accepted and normalised when nude and the feeling of being at one with nature is, very calming. Don't bet on it. So long as there is a naked women in the shot she can be holding anything. The advertiser's aim is to get a browsers attention. If the market is men than naked women can be instrumental in selling almost anything. Of course, if there comes a time when every damn ad has a naked woman in it, then over saturation sets in and an advertiser will have to add guns or something into the mix to keep up the interest. That would work! What could be more enticing to men than a (beautiful) naked woman holding a penis symbol? That shoots real bullets, even. But how about selling to women. Naked men? Or shots of babies, maybe. How about naked men holding babies? I think we're on to something...
I respect the fuck out of you, ive watched a shit ton of your videos where you go through and show that a lot of things people do for money isnt as glamorous as its made out to be or showing that it is harder than what others think it is to do. I also applaud the fact that you do not discriminate those in the sex worker fields. I remember back in college after i lost everything from being evicted and a house fire followed by a flooded basement destroying what wasnt stolen from me. Out of desperation a "film" was shot to make a few bucks so we could eat. I will never judge someone for how they make money and I hear a lot from guys saying they would never date an exotic dancer or a stripper but in my head its, shes making money using what she has. Respect to you for being strong and making the hard choices, and then moving on afterwards. Walking a mile in someone else's shoes can grant a lot of perspective. I wish perspectives could be bottled and sold sometimes. Sex work is always gussied up, Pretty Woman, or made loathsome, on the silver screen. But we're all just people trying to get by as best we can, or the only way we can. Your compassion and understanding does you proud. If people only knew they miss out on by ignoring those on the bottom rungs of society. The homeless and dispossessed have many valuable lessons to teach, as do those that service society on the fringes. I'm a skater and my role model in all things is Rodney Mullen, pro skater, who met his wife in a car park, when he was a signed skater with fame and a solid income, just practicing every night in a car park near his house, and she was a homeless woman on the street, who would watch him. He found his soulmate by not ignoring anyone. A good lesson for all those men you mentioned, though by the sounds of it, their soulmate would have as many red flags as they do lol.
I have slept naked for about 15 years now and it has been wonderful for my self confidence. Whenever I am feeling less than or I have been putting myself down constantly throughout the day I will do a nude day to remind myself that I am worthy.

I have next to no idea (at the time of writing) what kind of content you create, having just been recommended this by UA-cam (for some unknown reason given I've been watching war documentaries for like the past month) but I will say, I am pleasantly surprised. Quality content and it is a bit funny seeing you try to find a semi-family friendly way of saying/implying certain things. You've earned a like from me and...you know what. Having done it I'd be inclined to agree. Particularly if you like your bacon hella crispy. It's not super painful, but it's definitely an unusual feeling getting hit with spatters of boiling oil in certain places. It's not really that much more painful than cooking bacon in short sleeves though realistically. Smarts for a second or two, then you forget about it. Obviously larger amounts would be a completely different story on sensitive skin. I don't cook bacon nude very often, but I do quite enjoy the risk aspect lol. That's 40 years of skating for you though, my risk aversion is broken!
The fact that you're really tidy and definitely look good naked actually got put on the back burner due to the comedy and fun you put into the video, ended up just listening and not watching so much because I was crying with laughter 🤣 Definitely got a new subscriber here 😀😀🤣
Heavy robe (I live in Wisconsin) and slippers by the door Just In Case so the fire department doesn't have to rescue me in the nude in January. Definitely a fear I share. If I have to go out the window though, all bets are off. That said, I drip dry after the shower just in a towel, and I leave a towel on each of my chairs because their cushions aren't removable to wash and the towel doesn't, um, cover all the essential bits I don't want on my chair.

Great video! One of my first nudist club experiences was going to tai chi and yoga classes. About 1 hour of nude yoga and tai chi outdoors, followed by a jump in the pool or jacuzzi, it was great. As an (hobbyist) artist, I love painting in the nude. I got the inspiration from Picasso, who would paint in the nude so that he wouldn't leave the studio. I also had a chance to kayak in the nude, in a lake where it was likely that there were alligators. I survived. :D
I started sleeping naked about a year ago, I would occasionally sleep nude only if it was really hot out before then but usually I just didn't care to do it. Now I'm sleeping nude everyday, I find it's more comfortable than anything else. I have no fear of my house catching fire and having to run out into the street nude, not because I don't think it'll ever happen, I just don't care. I'm at a point in my life that I simply do not care if someone sees me nude. It's not a big deal. I don't expect anyone else to suddenly adopt the same mentality, everyone has their own reasons for how they live their life. I have also done the naked netflix and it is fun. I think it was more relaxing than watching it with clothes on. I don't have a life situation where I could spend a full day in the nude, but if I ever do have the chance, I might try it.

I’m a bit of a naturalist. I always sleep and nap naked, and don’t always get dressed right away when I wake up or after a bath. (I have sent many an email in the nude!) I do get cold easily though (due to chronic illness), so I often throw on a t-shirt and comfy pants (no bra or underwear though, even when I leave the house). I have meditated in nature naked (in an isolated area), attended a few naturalist events in my city (like naked yoga class and a naked wave pool), and gone to naked hot springs / skinny dipping. With my nudist experiences as a young, asexual woman in my 20’s and early 30’s, the main challenge is to still be seen as a person first and a body second, as some people’s still struggle to separate simple nudity from a perceived invitation to see me as sexually available. But especially this past year where I am mostly housebound and often bedridden, I do spend a lot of time naked. My roommate is super comfortable with this (he is my best friend), and it’s never awkward if he needs to help get me out of bed or cut my hair in the bathroom (which I always do naked before I shower because I can’t stand when the little hairs get stuck in my clothes and poke me). My mom and dad were often naked at home while growing up (at least in the mornings and around bedtime), so I think it has helped me not have a lot of the shame that a lot of people have while naked. Like when my mom would have a bath, even as I teenager I would sit with her in the candlelight and just have a nice conversation with her, without any shame or awkwardness. Ultimately, the relationship I have with clothes is one of convenience (when cold, while cooking, or when I go outside) rather than of necessity to cover up. And I think that’s a pretty great way to live if you can manage it. ❤️🌈🌸
This may have been posted over two years ago, but I can say that it is rather liberating to go nude while at home. Quite enjoyable actually, I recommend at least trying it.
Probably the funniest video that I've seen all year. Not so much the subject matter, but more your attitude and commentary. It's not the sort of thing that I'd do personally, but that's more from a sense of compassion for my fellow man than any sense of personal shyness.
I've tried being naked around my own apartment on a few occasions, and found it mostly satisfying. One of the drawbacks I found is as you mentioned when doing yoga: sweat just kinda' lives on your skin, and any dust sticks to you. That doesn't happen with clothes, that wick away sweat and are a barrier between you and the dust of the world. Also, sweaty armpits, thighs, etc, can chafe a bit; clothing helps keep those areas drier and less friction-y. But I do quite like to do it every so often; it's freeing in a certain way. When cleaning my bathroom, I often prefer to do that in the nude, because if I'm hosing down the shower or whatever, I don't have to worry about my clothes getting wet; skin is easy to dry off. Last year for my birthday I decided to try out a nudist camp. I'd heard of one in my general area (about an hour's drive away). I went in, was shown around, explained how things worked. It was nice to walk in the woods, feel the breeze on my skin. I tend to be a rather introverted person, especially in new situations around strangers, so I didn't directly interact with any of the other people at the resort, other than the first woman who checked me in. But it was nice to see the different bodies, different body types, to see other people who were regulars who were comfortable in their own skin, swimming, chatting, etc. I hope to maybe go again, maybe next time I'll have the gumption to be a little more social. We'll see. I'm an artist. I took life drawing in college as part of my classes; I even posed a couple times, to see what it was like from the model's point of view (answer: holding still and doing nothing is actually quite physically challenging! I have high regard for models!). I've been around models as an artist, photographer, body painter, etc. I have a high respect for the natural human form. I'm curious to watch your self-portrait video, see what you thought about it. But when it comes to my own personal body, I still feel self-conscious quite often. Not entirely comfortable with my own body. So I've tried to work on that through the years. It's a journey. I don't know what algorithm lead me to this particular video of yours, but it's my introduction to your channel. Just browsing through your videos page, looks like an interesting place; I look forward to seeing what other adventures you get into. Thanks for sharing!

This video is funny but also really thought-provoking. It made me think that it's not only that I am umcomfortable with my body as it is right now (I'm a bit overweight than my 'normal'), but I also use clothes to hide it a lot of the time. I avoid seeing my naked body, and this was not a problem before for me. And it's quite sad, because I do enjoy fashion and getting dressed in a way that makes me happy. But I am now wondering if lately I am leaning onto fashion more just because it helps me hide my body, instead of celebrating it. Thank you for bringing this experiment to UA-cam, you are indeed a woman of science.

3 years late here, but from personal experience, not wearing clothes is extremely beneficial for both mental and physical wellbeing. Self esteem and confidence, being the biggest thing, and with that can help to positively improve mood over time. For me it started out sleeping naked simply due to the heat of summer, as well as getting tired of having my pajamas all twisted around me basically being strangled because I apparently toss and turn and do barrel rolls in my sleep. I found I no longer woke up due to that, I stopped sweating so my body temp was a bit cooler and more manageable, and since I didn’t sweat I had cleaner sheets (so long as you take a shower BEFORE bed). Also my skin improved also, Especially around the waist. It’s not at all normal or natural for our bodies to have elastic waist band from underwater tight against your skin literally 24/7 for every day of your life. You have to let your skin breathe. I had less red band marks on my waist, and less soreness. And because all that, I slept deeper and more soundly. After seeing that improvement, I tried to incorporate that into other aspects of my life such as exercise and yoga. Yeah you stick to the mat a bit lol, but you also keep cooler and don’t get too hot. It also allows you to see your physical progress better and doing activities in the buff can help you with your mental body image especially when working out. Then after that I tried skinny dipping. In public yeah I’ll wear a swimsuit, but in private or at a known skinny dipping spot I’ll jump in. For one it’s good to soak up that sun, and two it just feels great. As if you didn’t already feel like your floating in water, skinny dipping you feel like you are flying. I don’t know how to describe it. We are so used to the feeling of running water over our torso and arms and legs that we don’t take mind to it, but when moving water hits you in places that are normally shielded, it’s like a weird sensation on your skin because that spot of skin has never felt it before. It’s like a euphoric and freeing sensation. Like getting a pedicure for the first time or something idk.

Way late (not a nudist). 1. Apron whilst cooking naked is commendable but cheating. 😂
2. (Personally) cooking, cleaning, and exercise requires underwear.
3. Non-visual work should basically hold no grounds.
4. Typically, until very recently, I could only sleep nude with a partner next to me (whether anything happened or not). I've since changed that a bit because it IS more comfortable. That being said, clothes/a robe nearby for emergencies is a wonderful comfort (mentally).

When I'm home alone, and not expecting company, I spend quite a bit in the time nude. I sleep almost exclusively nude. When I am home alone, 99.99% of the time I'm fully naked. For me it started with sleeping naked, and it just progressed because I really enjoy the comfort and ease it gives me. I also enjoy practicing yoga naked, it really helped me accept, appreciate and love my body. I love how you incorporated normal-every-day-life activities and I can agree on the sending emails naked part, very liberating and empowering. As a naturist myself, I'm glad to see you take the plunge and deliver an informed opinion as allways. So many people have pre-conceived ideas but never actually give it a go. Hats off to you. When you take sex out the frame, being naked just becomes a very calming and natural, way of life. it also removes many other social barriers. Clothes can sugest a social standing, body shapes are more accepted and normalised when nude and the feeling of being at one with nature is, very calming. So here's the challenge . . . go naked outdoors! it dosen't have to be a public place, although wading out to sea and then removing your swimming costume still gives you the same feeling and allows you the option of putting it back on. keep being you (I know you will anyway, i just wanted to say it), you are uniue - in a good way. If the market is men than naked women can be instrumental in selling almost anything. Of course, if there comes a time when every damn ad has a naked woman in it, then over saturation sets in and an advertiser will have to add guns or something into the mix to keep up the interest. That would work! What could be more enticing to men than a (beautiful) naked woman holding a penis symbol? That shoots real bullets, even. But how about selling to women. Naked men? I respect the fuck out of you, ive watched a shit ton of your videos where you go through and show that a lot of things people do for money isnt as glamorous as its made out to be or showing that it is harder than what others think it is to do. I also applaud the fact that you do not discriminate those in the sex worker fields. I remember back in college after i lost everything from being evicted and a house fire followed by a flooded basement destroying what wasnt stolen from me. Out of desperation a "film" was shot to make a few bucks so we could eat. I will never judge someone for how they make money and I hear a lot from guys saying they would never date an exotic dancer or a stripper but in my head its, shes making money using what she has. He found his soulmate by not ignoring anyone. A good lesson for all those men you mentioned, though by the sounds of it, their soulmate would have as many red flags as they do lol.

Having done it I'd be inclined to agree. Particularly if you like your bacon hella crispy.
It's not super painful, but it's definitely an unusual feeling getting hit with spatters of boiling oil in certain places. It's not really that much more painful than cooking bacon in short sleeves though realistically. Smarts for a second or two, then you forget about it. Obviously larger amounts would be a completely different story on sensitive skin.
I don't cook bacon nude very often, but I do quite enjoy the risk aspect lol. That's 40 years of skating for you though, my risk aversion is broken!

Heavy robe (I live in Wisconsin) and slippers by the door Just In Case so the fire department doesn't have to rescue me in the nude in January. Definitely a fear I share. If I have to go out the window though, all bets are off.
That said, I drip dry after the shower just in a towel, and I leave a towel on each of my chairs because their cushions aren't removable to wash and the towel doesn't, um, cover all the essential bits I don't want on my chair.

Great video! One of my first nudist club experiences was going to tai chi and yoga classes. About 1 hour of nude yoga and tai chi outdoors, followed by a jump in the pool or jacuzzi, it was great.
As an (hobbyist) artist, I love painting in the nude. I got the inspiration from Picasso, who would paint in the nude so that he wouldn't leave the studio.
I also had a chance to kayak in the nude, in a lake where it was likely that there were alligators. I survived. :D
I started sleeping naked about a year ago, I would occasionally sleep nude only if it was really hot out before then but usually I just didn't care to do it. Now I'm sleeping nude everyday, I find it's more comfortable than anything else. I have no fear of my house catching fire and having to run out into the street nude, not because I don't think it'll ever happen, I just don't care. I'm at a point in my life that I simply do not care if someone sees me nude. It's not a big deal. I don't expect anyone else to suddenly adopt the same mentality, everyone has their own reasons for how they live their life. I have also done the naked netflix and it is fun. I think it was more relaxing than watching it with clothes on. I don't have a life situation where I could spend a full day in the nude, but if I ever do have the chance, I might try it.

I’m a bit of a naturalist. I always sleep and nap naked, and don’t always get dressed right away when I wake up or after a bath. (I have sent many an email in the nude!)
I do get cold easily though (due to chronic illness), so I often throw on a t-shirt and comfy pants (no bra or underwear though, even when I leave the house).
I have meditated in nature naked (in an isolated area), attended a few naturalist events in my city (like naked yoga class and a naked wave pool), and gone to naked hot springs / skinny dipping.
With my nudist experiences as a young, asexual woman in my 20’s and early 30’s, the main challenge is to still be seen as a person first and a body second, as some people’s still struggle to separate simple nudity from a perceived invitation to see me as sexually available.
But especially this past year where I am mostly housebound and often bedridden, I do spend a lot of time naked. My roommate is super comfortable with this (he is my best friend), and it’s never awkward if he needs to help get me out of bed or cut my hair in the bathroom (which I always do naked before I shower because I can’t stand when the little hairs get stuck in my clothes and poke me).
My mom and dad were often naked at home while growing up (at least in the mornings and around bedtime), so I think it has helped me not have a lot of the shame that a lot of people have while naked. Like when my mom would have a bath, even as I teenager I would sit with her in the candlelight and just have a nice conversation with her, without any shame or awkwardness.
Ultimately, the relationship I have with clothes is one of convenience (when cold, while cooking, or when I go outside) rather than of necessity to cover up. And I think that’s a pretty great way to live if you can manage it. ❤️🌈🌸
This may have been posted over two years ago, but I can say that it is rather liberating to go nude while at home. Quite enjoyable actually, I recommend at least trying it.
Probably the funniest video that I've seen all year. Not so much the subject matter, but more your attitude and commentary.
It's not the sort of thing that I'd do personally, but that's more from a sense of compassion for my fellow man than any sense of personal shyness.
I've tried being naked around my own apartment on a few occasions, and found it mostly satisfying. One of the drawbacks I found is as you mentioned when doing yoga: sweat just kinda' lives on your skin, and any dust sticks to you. That doesn't happen with clothes, that wick away sweat and are a barrier between you and the dust of the world. Also, sweaty armpits, thighs, etc, can chafe a bit; clothing helps keep those areas drier and less friction-y. But I do quite like to do it every so often; it's freeing in a certain way. When cleaning my bathroom, I often prefer to do that in the nude, because if I'm hosing down the shower or whatever, I don't have to worry about my clothes getting wet; skin is easy to dry off.
Last year for my birthday I decided to try out a nudist camp. I'd heard of one in my general area (about an hour's drive away). I went in, was shown around, explained how things worked. It was nice to walk in the woods, feel the breeze on my skin. I tend to be a rather introverted person, especially in new situations around strangers, so I didn't directly interact with any of the other people at the resort, other than the first woman who checked me in. But it was nice to see the different bodies, different body types, to see other people who were regulars who were comfortable in their own skin, swimming, chatting, etc. I hope to maybe go again, maybe next time I'll have the gumption to be a little more social. We'll see.
I'm an artist. I took life drawing in college as part of my classes; I even posed a couple times, to see what it was like from the model's point of view (answer: holding still and doing nothing is actually quite physically challenging! I have high regard for models!). I've been around models as an artist, photographer, body painter, etc. I have a high respect for the natural human form. I'm curious to watch your self-portrait video, see what you thought about it. But when it comes to my own personal body, I still feel self-conscious quite often. Not entirely comfortable with my own body. So I've tried to work on that through the years. It's a journey.
