    I've got a warm medium skin tone and I 100% use every shade of that Ambient Lighting palette at the same time in the same way and always get told that i look really nice when i do. Agreed, that thing is amazing!

      Hi
      Do you use radiant light as bronzer? I’m having a olive or warm skin tone

    • @LoveBaseballLove
      @LoveBaseballLove 4 роки тому

      @@the1whodoesstuff yes i do! It's very subtle, not kardashian style bronzing at all

    I absolutely love that hourglass trio palette! I have a medium olive skin tone and I use all 3 at the same time as a contour/highlight/blush and when I do that I never fail to get compliments. People can never tell exactly what I've done but they say it looks great.

    Love your vibe and the music. So pleasent meanwhile being informed. Thankyou so much - I'm quite fair like yourself and looking into the ambient lighting from hourglass - they do look really pretty in a very natural, wearable way for everyday. Thx again.

    I noticed you set your makeup with a matte setting powder then added a extra layer of a luminous powder over top you could skip at least one of those steps. I use the Cover FX luminous setting powder in light this stuff makes you skin look like it's glowing and it sets my makeup all day. It's luminous without being overly shiny or pearly it is the best luminous powder I have ever used.

      Arna Alayne - Beauty Guru That is why I recommended the Cover FX setting powder it has super staying powder it's the one I reach for 90% of the time I must have like 15 powders and it's always the one I reach for because it dose not budge.

    Hi Arna, Thanks for this tutorial. Nice take on the strobing trend. I'd love to know which brush you used for your 'bronzer' since it worked so well for this look. I'm extremely pale like you and have yet to find a bronzer brush that would work for me. I usually use a kabuki or the Real Techniques blush brush but I struggle with over-application. You said it's from Furless but their site features so many brushes it's challenging to locate the correct one. Thanks in advance.

    • @ArnaAlayneMorton
      @ArnaAlayneMorton  9 років тому

      Hey hun, it's from their limited edition set (the black set). It's doesn't have a name or number but it comes in a set of four :)

    • @staykind8185
      @staykind8185 9 років тому

      Arna Alayne - Beauty Guru Thank you for responding, that's really cool of you. This is why limited edition stuff is so double-edged; it's not there anymore. Well, I guess Furless is my new brush resource then!

    I came very close to spending the money on Hourglass ambient powder but then I remembered something I already have that is an awesome pale, sheer, subtle shimmer. It's a Bare Minerals loose eye shadow called Queen Phyllis.

    great tutorial! that hourglass trio is my life! i use it, or the australis mineral highlights or the wet n wild fergie collection highlighter depending on my mood and where i am going :) that FOA loose translucent powder is my fave!

    When you first put on all that bronzer and blush I was so scared cause it was so stark (I have really pale skin too so I know the struggles of working with highly pigmented products) but then you used that colorful ball powder stuff and it made it look so natural and flawless!!! I need that magical ball powder in my life haha

    Hi Arna
    I love your videos, including your music! If you could only choose one...the ambient lighting palette/diffused light or the guerlain meteorities what would it be? I think I need all of them in my life but I need some limits...haha

I currently have the ambient finishing powder, And, now the ghost pallet. I wonder if it is necessary to buy this trio... .at they that different from what I already have now?

    i am scared to bronze incase my face looks darker than my body after lol, but i agree that hourglass radiant light would be perfect, i swatched it on my skin once and loved the look of it! also as a blush as its not just a straight orange which i hate orange blushes unless they are sheer or have marbled other colours in them
