Very interesting. This may be a product I’d need to try on in store. I hat returning makeup. But, I don’t think it’s particularly pretty on it’s own. As you sad, it is flat. Thank you for being so quick in reviewing this.☺️❤️😍
Most definitely it’s flat, Jan. For some people that’s a wonderful thing and for others the movement is needed in the luminosity. Definitely want to try in store and also went to avoid if matte is not your jam 💕

Good point. But since the dewdrops have that rubbery thing that you have to press it really comes out so sparingly. This one has almost a stopper type thing that you push and it just squirts out so much product. They actually need to meet in the middle. Ha ha

Hello Elizabeth!!!! What a GREAT question. Ya know...those HG powders are SO refined....not necessarily better but, as you guessed, so different in feel. The MAC is that traditional almost retro feel of a powder. Like you're in the right hands, no fooling around powder that WORKS. The HG is like a luxury experience, like you need to apply in slow motion. haha. Both lovely but totally different feel. Like...support hose versus lingerie. haha.

Off topic but I scored one of the new Armani blushes around 1 this morning. I got Ecstasy the cool baby pink...the Mystery shade is the plum one but it looks too red leaning & warm. Are you going to pick any up during the VIB sale?

I don’t know why Mac never appealed to me, even back in the day. I was the customer over at the Bobbi Brown counter wondering what all that noise was. 🤣 I know they have devoted customers, and am happy for them that Mac keeps innovating.

How is the texture for the under eye? Thin? I think it looks flattering on your under eye
That’s a really good question, Lynn. Definitely a medium weight concealer consistency. So a little thicker than a traditional foundation but thinner than a thick consistency concealer. The consistency is similar to the Huda beauty concealer if you’ve tried that. But it lays really nicely and does not cake

What products do you use to remove your makeup ?

Funny as I have a video coming up on this topic. I always start with an oil based balm followed by a gentle exfoliating cleanser. Tatcha is my fave right now but I have a video coming up soon with all my choices 💕💕💕

I think my stepdaughter would love the pen. It's gimmicky but they seem to like that sort of thing so they can paint and then blend in in like a tik tok 😂

So bummed that pen oxidizes. I need a dry full coverage to cover sun spots and "sticks" when i apply my foundation over it.
It definitely oxidizes but then it stops. I think you can go ahead and safely get the shade that you would normally get. Just know that it’s going to be very light when you first apply it and then grow to the shade that you need it to be. I think it would actually be an excellent choice for you. Truly
It doesn’t oxidise on me. I use NC25.
Did you put a foundation over this?
Nope! I ended up just kind of putting so much of it on that I wore it as foundation and built up a little more in areas for concealer.
Like these but idk shades. Don't exactly match other concealers!❤❤

Hi Rebecca im sorry 🙏 I've been not feeling well and we think my husband and I that I had a mild stroke the other night 🌃 but im alright for now until further noticed unfortunately it's my stupid pacemaker wire lead that is not working very well so when I take my medications my heart ♥ drops and the pacemaker is miss fires due to that wire lead so unfortunately I'll have to deal with it until April 27th and they'll also go over my stress test of the left side of my heart ♥ I know I thought I was gonna drop dead but I pulled through .... but it scared me anyways lets get back to you hope you're doing much better then me 💕🙏🙋♀️🥰😉
