Personally I love how some people are so professional with their lightings and stuffs. But for me I love doing candid non intrusive and maybe a flash on top of my camera. But that’s my style. 😅

I have my first in a month kinda scared ive only shot as a hobby never done video only photography so i know photography well also editing them but video never touched any input will be appreciated

Try to think you are doing stories for instagram… watch different angles… try to think about the story, memories for the family and details in close ups… candid moments are GREAT in slow motion. Try to do a shot list and bring it with you so you dont forget to get BROLL and those memories .. hope this can help you.
