Oh, so I'm not alone, eh? I feel like this is one big bit of fuck-off sarcasm. I was about to post some epic rant about how ANY guitar-amp combo can do metal...hell; one of the dudes is Shitknot...I mean SLIPKNOT, uses a Telecaster through an Orange amp. People go apeshit for it, so I guess it's metal. I myself prefer a PRS through a Mesa/Boogie, like Opeth uses, and they're pretty metal too...or they WERE, at least.
As if I knew that? All I know is that it's a Tele. And how does one differentiate the supposed "metalness" of a guitar? Look at some Zemaitis guitars; they're LITERALLY metal. Are they metal guitars? Unlikely. Before you go calling someone out like that, make sure you don't make yourself out to be a "dumbass", as you so blithely referred to me as.
He's referring to his Telecaster being designed and made specifically for metal. It has EMG pickups so that he can get a better tone out of it. He used to use a Orange Dark Terror (idk if he does now, haven't followed up on his current setup) and from videos I've seen (I own a Micro Dark so I'm not sure how it compares to the Dark Terror) it gives a solid metal tone.
I enjoy playing metal on a baritone guitar. It's just different. However, I would have to say, that the usage of modern digital effects would benifit the user. In particular, a graphic equalizer. That works for me. It can be done.

Mediocre At Best he should have chose the jazz chorus by Roland, well what can you expect, more Uneducated guitar players.
Can Boss Metal Zone do METAL?
amazing looking guitar, but dude, keep it for country, this thing sounds good for an il divo tribute band
I think a Devo tribute band is an excellent idea.
Yeah, Not like Carcass was metal or anything...
Il Divo was a famous boyband in Bulgaria. It's not country at all ...
I'm in, when dose this Devo tribute band rehearse?!
as a Frenchman, I want to hear French pop with a barytone
before I realized that this was a joke, I got so confused 😂😂
- Can Fluff make a good guitar tone in a mix?
- Nope.
Philip Leander lol yep!
Well, he is "metal"
Can spaghetti do metal?
Wait, I just made a spaghetti comment. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly always comes to mind with the baritone
Your mom’s spaghetti can do rap.
I feel like I'm being punked.....
Shane Bailey dumbass...Jim Roots Telecaster is a speacial metal guitar
Beautiful amplifier bro the block letter is a legend
I enjoy playing metal on a baritone guitar. It's just different. However, I would have to say, that the usage of modern digital effects would benifit the user. In particular, a graphic equalizer. That works for me. It can be done.
I don't know, I don't think distorted guitars can do metal guys.
Now I kind-of want to hear someone try to play metal on a mandolin and lap-steel. Plus maybe a banjo.
Red Sparowes. Consider your mind blown.
Look up Rob Scallion, he even does metal on a Ukulele
Andy Brice one UA-cam you should watch:
Rob Scallon
@@riffwizzard ah a fellow man of culture I see
Shit, I didn't know it was all sarcastic til the very end. Bravo Ryan.
Jay Cloud yes... most metal thing ever haha
***** haha I was like wtf, but then fastfowarded til the demo, I really wanted to hear the sound
Fluff has the sickest riffs of all youtube guitarist !
I can't wait to write my school essay on the origin of Baritone guitars now that I have all the facts
what's next? can a human voice sing metal?
Can Vocaloid software sing metal, though?
April is 4 months away
...Baritones? Didn't Jerry Reed play one of those?
Anyway, Slayer have started using ukeleles, kazoos and maracas for their songs I've heard.
It's f-ing *brutal*, dude.
Man, that guitar is SO cool! Love that thing. I love stuff that is great looking without being gawdy and too flashy
This was what I needed today. So much yes
