Rita Konig is a Super🌟Star when it comes to layering. She fully appreciates the details in dressing a room. 💛 Love a maximalista who values things that have a history and purpose too. 🦋
@@rainbowcitizen4897 Ahem, "affection" and "affectation" have entirely different meanings altogether. They aren't even distantly related in meaning. Affection is a fondness whereas "affectation" is a studied, insincere or pretentious manner. Watch "sentiment" and "sentimentality" as well "compliment" and "complement", "judgment" and "judgement."
Love her attitude. I watched another video interview with Konig and she said something to the effect of the important questions when figuring a sitting room are "where are you going to put your drink and how are you going to read your book." Yup.
It IS! remarkable that I can feel so intimidated at times by the very breadth of the world of design for choices within my own home and YET watch Ms. Konig and upon hearing her thoughts- it all begins to make great sense and I feel empowered. If I were wealthy she would be my first choice.
Lovely arrangements. I always feel that a plant or two, or at least a vase of flowers - not a stiff floristry arrangement, but a natural bunch in a lovely plain vase gives a room life.
omg love her - when and if i could ever afford an int des she'd be my first pic! sensibility that is so loving and warm ie how one wants ones home! loverrrlee!
Dera Ms. Rita Konig, I have in my care a rare artwork which I believe is the only one in existence in our country Philippines and probably the only one in the world. How it was made was mind boggling. I don't think any person can make a duplicate of this work of art. I could send you a picture if you wish. Mr. R. Calderon.
Anything Rita touches is gold.

I am such a big fan of Rita Konig, so talented and no affectation whatsoever.
Omg her work is filled solidly with affection.

“It isn’t always your favorite type of thing that is the thing that’s going to work”. I really like that common sense Rita brings to design.
"I think living in a house is the best part of decorating" - she's brilliant!

I love her ideas on design and what an eye she has!
More Rita, please.
I'd love to have that grand bureau that's been used as a drinks cabinet - what an idea!
Beautiful! I loved it all.
"I like things and stuff." Me, too.
Love how she said; I Love stuff.
Wow! Lovely. I love everything in there. Thank you for your fantastic work, more grease to your elbow.
lived in. thats what makes a house a home.
Very cute and floral, full of light. Light and sun are aslo very important in the house for living.
Absolutely stunning.
The dream, "taking pieces of furniture and accessories and making vignettes" hire me to make spaces feel joyously comfortable.
I'd love for her to come to decorate my house. I love her British maximalist style
I completely agree with what she said toward the end. It’s so true.
She has an EXQUISITE eye. I wish I had her vision. Wondrous. 🥰
Rita radiates the late princess Diana's exquisite charm.
And amazingly, she was raised by the same nanny as Princes William and Harry ❤
Absolutely 🙌
I love her style.
Also LOVE a good fern 💚🤗
Awesome! Wish she'd take a look at my San Francisco abode.
“How these pieces of furniture live in a house”… These were limes or lemons, by the way?..
💛
