I’m already loving this series! I really liked how Su-an spoke up, telling Woo-jin to stop messing with him, and Woo-jin actually owned up and apologized. So… what’s next for these two? 🤔🤭🤭
I think the reason this is good is because its short unlike long running BLs they put so much unecessary moments and drama while here they get to the point quickly no need for cringy slow motion moments
When there aren't too many characters, it goes, but when there are numerous, we often want a greater plot buildup especially with all the charaters involved.
The Time of Fever and Semantic Error… are some of the few Korean bl series that I def wish were longer. This series is cute .. but I’ve always liked the office employee/boss trope but it’s not unique. Korean bls have gotten more mature and I absolutely loved Jun&Jun because I never dreamed we would ever hear such scandalous yet mouth dropping and hilarious lines. Anyway, I can’t wait to watch more of this series! Also Semantic Error Season 2 will be filmed in early 2025 so see you all there too

Su-an is very reserved. Him speaking up and cursing at him was, Omg, moment. Mr Han was trying to close the gap, but he used the wrong approach. Su-an feel bad knowing Mr Han got in trouble

I died at 1:15 with that 꼰대 - kkondae = "Dinosaur" by SU AN to WOO JIN. 😂😂😂 The translations here plays very well with the two phases 꼰대 - kkondae = dinosaur and 커피 '대' - keopi "dae" for = Coffeee "dino-sized". 😂😂😂 But we all know that WOO JIN is not a 꼰대 - kkondae - at all, then he liked that Yaoi webtoon a lot in EP 1, and was already asking about the next chapter. It feels strange to see how defensive SU AN is reacting all the time, when WOO JIN is being open and cheerful on the Yaoi webtoon issue, but that must be out of his personal previous experiences with other people. Obviously he has not meet anyone like WOO JIN before, so he takes it for a teasing - pranking talk, and not for a sincere question. That is why he reacts all ballistic today. Luckily he finds out that WOO JIN has been sincere about it, and is really not picking on him over it, leading to our "moment of impact" today: 7:55 - 술 한잔 ... 하실래요? - Sul hanjan ... hasillaeyo? Very nice second Episode for this story. Both Yu Bin JEON (as Su An YOON) & Jae Bin JUNG (as Woo Jin HAN) are acting in a very natural way, making the story feel real, and also have a natural chemistry despite of their personal on-going conflict. Even the comic relieve moment at 3:09 with the shoulder massage we see SU AN enjoy it just before they got "interrupted" by HWANG was done really naturally. I will be looking forward to SU AN and WOO JIN having a nice talk over those drinks in the following Episode 3 next Saturday. Cheers...!
In Suan's defense, the way Woojin is talking is also *exactly* what homophobic straight dudes do when they are trying to hide their homophobia. Just *constantly* bringing it up because they are uncomfortable and obsessing over it, but saying things that they can defend with "it's just a joke, bro. don't be so sensitive." Plus, a supervisor making sexual jokes to their subordinate is just not okay. Suan is completely in the right to react the way he did. To Woojin's credit, he did finally get it. It took him way too long, but the audience can easily forgive that since we know he's not being malicious. He's just kinda dumb about it and can't read the room. So we can still root for him!

We don't know them all all; so we just can interpret their actions from what we see. What did WOO JIN bring up...? Why couldn't SU AN just answer him honestly about it either?
