Does the camera R4040 needs to have wifi always on for recording on SD card ? My experience sofar is that if Wifi is turned Off the Camera stops recording . Pls advice.

Goodday, when camera goes offline rhe only recording will be images (pictures) when movement is detected. For full SD card recording WiFi is needed.

How about memory? What do you do when SD card is full to maximum and you have set it to work as nonstop recording? Does it automatically wipes old recordings and puts only new ones? For example camera is memorizing everything recorded until a week ago but deletes stuff recorded before autonatically? Or you have to wipe memory by yourself manually?

Goodday the devices wipes the oldest inages once the SD is full and continues recording.
