Most phobias feel like they’re getting worse with time, but this is mainly because as time goes on more experiences occur and just like exercising a muscle the more time it’s activated the more defined it gets. The good news is all phobias can be overcome.

I've been having hypnotherapy for weeks now to try and overcome this phobia, I've noticed a few small changes, but it's certainly not solved it. Don't know what else to try, I'm determined to overcome it, but just don't know what else to do.

my heart is racing just by looking at the single feather. i want to go to LA but i see how many pigeons and seagulls fly around and i think i’ll freak out. HELP
