God bless you, Yuzu! Thank you so much for your wonderful work! It's great for overseas fans, both dub o sub, But if you ask my opinion I prefer sub, because it's easier for me to understand when I read and also because I love so much listening to G's voice! Anyway your dub is great. Thank you!
oh thank you so much for your hard work, it was confusing at first but i get into it, now i can keep my eyes on gackt and understand what he says in the same time
Kiko, THANKS!! Thanks for recognizing my efforts. I'm so happy GACKT has many fans outside of Japan, and want to do my part to help make his humor accessible to English speakers.
I do like Yuzu but not enough to be a fan lol. I bought HYDE's roentgen and 666 albums too, but my first CD I think was the Titanic soundtrack?? lol I'm probably older than you.
Lol, I rarely lose the "I'm older than you" game ...turning 31 this month :( My favorite album of his solo stuff is still "Faith". Titanic, tho? jkjk. Anyway, subbed.
Thank you so much for all the work you do. It is so exciting to see what you will post next. The way you did this was fantastic. It actually added to joy of watching as you were able to match their emotions so well. Thank you so much for all you do. I cannot wait to see what you have in store next. GACKT has many fans in the US. We just need to get our act together for him so that he can have fun over here too. Again, thank you for being so awesome. I greatly appreciate you. Have a Happy Halloween.
Hello from Canada, J.K.Gray. Yeah it seems to me like most of his fans outside of Japan are in the US, which is really cool. I'm super excited about his tour (I hope he can make it to Canada). Thanks for your kind words and support!
I'll let Cocoa know! I've paid for her appearance with a T-bone steak Bone. Lol. II also think that the other sections of this nicocnico episode will have better dubs because I'll have more practice.
Wow, this is a great idea! I was actually drawing as I was listening to this, something I couldn't do when I had to read the subtitles. And if it's easier and faster for you, then that's awesome! I'm sure if you keep doing it this way, you'll get even better at it and everybody wins! I think you're doing a great job for the fans, Yuzu. Keep it up! =)
Wow, what a nice comment to read, lazycat! Sorry I've been out of touch. Hope you are well~. Wouldn't the dialogue not make very much sense if you are not looking? I mean, the 3 characters have the same voice (me). But then again, there were parts where it would have been confusing even if you did look at the screen (when they talk fast and over each other). ^^;;
It still makes sense, it's easy to understand who's saying what (G in particular, always has a peculiar way of saying things, so its easily recognizable). Besides, I can hear their voices behind yours. It's really not that hard to follow, even without looking =)
I once transcribed the entire Nirvana/Kurt Loder interview for a German friend of mine who was having difficulty hearing it all because they often talked over each other and Krist was drunk and English wasn't my friend's first language, of course. It took quite some time. I can't imagine having to also translate. (Although I did explain many of the pop culture references because the band talked about many things that happened in '93 and before, that I didn't think my friend would understand without context.) I just want to l let you know that I really appreciate the work you do. :)
wow, an impressive interpretation. It helps to learn English, I kind of like your face in the screen. As I had watched the original video, the timing of your interpret is pretty good but I would be confused if this is the first time I watch the video. Maybe you can hold a color card or something that can easily distinguish from your own hand gesture when GACKT talk.
Ahhhh Yuzu I looove you!!! This was a great idea because for me at least, I don't care how the information is relayed as long as I can get it! The only suggestion I have is maybe slightly lowering the volume of the original video so we can hear your voice better over it. You're a lifesaver lol! (And actually, although I have no idea if this is any easier for you, I've been thinking that just having a text transcript would be all that's necessary. Not even attached to the video or anything, just a rough transcription of what they said.)
Hello leeeah, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Good point about the audio. I left it loud enough that people can hear both languages if they wanted to fact-check. But I agree, my girly mumbly soft voice can get lost when speaking over those three guys. I'll lower their volume some more next time. (Good point about the text transcript. If I get too busy with life, I might do the text transcript. It's probably a better option than getting overwhelmed and disappearing from the internet, like I just did for a month. I might try it out when things get busy/I get lazy).
Hi Coco (my dog's name is Cocoa!) It's interesting that this seems like more work to you. Subbing takes a lot longer than it seems X____X. This video dubbing is faster to do, and it was my first time doing it. I've gotten good/efficient at subbing, but it still takes a ton of tedious work. Thanks for stopping by, and I appreciate your input!
i thought that this was a cool idea, but i personally prefer the subtitling. for me it was a little hard to follow who was talking whereas with subtitling reading "G: blah, blah" "T: blah, blah" is easier to know whose speaking. again though, i thought this was entertaining and different. thank you for all of the hard work you do =]
at the beginning when you were introducing the new concept i was like "oooohhh boy how is she gonna handle all the gackt sexual jokes XD" but yeah i must say you did very well :P thank you for the translation
Dear Yuzu, you are just great!!
Whoa, thanks so much, Karolina Wola!
always thanks your hard work both Gackt and yuzu ^^
I can recongnise gackt voice so easely
Easy to recognise?
Well, he is the owner of my favourite voice in the world!! Hahaha. I'd have to agree with you.
Easy to recongnise yesss ,,😊
Thank you so much for your work.
Hi Anja, thanks for stopping by. -Super cute gakkuchi doll!

it was great yuzu
Thanks!
Thanks for all your hard work, Yuzu! I love this format! You bring the emotion of the conversation to life! Thank you again for giving and sharing :)
Wow! Your dedication deserves a standing ovation! Thanks so much Yuzu, for understanding the pain of overseas fans that dun speak Japanese!
Kiko, THANKS!! Thanks for recognizing my efforts. I'm so happy GACKT has many fans outside of Japan, and want to do my part to help make his humor accessible to English speakers.
thank u yuzu 😘
本当にありがとう!!! You're doing such a great job, keep it up!
Thanks! Are you a HYDE fan?
I am! It was the first album I bought with my own money, lol! Are you a Yuzu fan? lol jk!
I do like Yuzu but not enough to be a fan lol. I bought HYDE's roentgen and 666 albums too, but my first CD I think was the Titanic soundtrack?? lol I'm probably older than you.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptic about the dubs at first but I think you made it work! Your dog having a guest appearance was super adorable
I'll let Cocoa know! I've paid for her appearance with a T-bone steak Bone. Lol.
II also think that the other sections of this nicocnico episode will have better dubs because I'll have more practice.
Thank you for your hard work, I wish I could hug you! ^-^
Thanks for the virtual hug, After Midnight Tales. *^_^*/

nice work but for me I prefer the sub. it's good to see you back.
No problem, thanks for the feedback. I might do some subs when I have time, or if there are many speakers on the screen.
Yuzu Translations that's good news. no need to rush though. take your time and easy does it. thanks for your hard work.

Easy to follow. Seems like more work on your end, though if it is good practice for your craft, keep doing it.

Hi Artemis, thanks for your honest feedback! I appreciate it.
Wow. You can be an interpreter. If I ever tried to do something like this I would miss translating all the phrases lol.
at the beginning when you were introducing the new concept i was like "oooohhh boy how is she gonna handle all the gackt sexual jokes XD" but yeah i must say you did very well :P thank you for the translation
You are right about his sexual jokes. There's at least one in each niconico episode, I think! Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it~~
thank you ‹3 i couldnt stop laughing by the titel of the song xD and yay for emglish version ‹3 your dog is cute
Thanks! I'll let Cocoa know that she's cute. lol (And it's a real compliment coming from someone called neko-chan)
may i know what's the title for the background song?
