I am not very sure po !but I think the original puto bongbong doesn't have cheese,and condense milk,but it has margarine, and muscovado sugar it's so good!!!!correct if iam wrong !wala na yatang nagbibinta ng ganon ngayon,puro with condense at cheese na yata

12:18 I tried a recipe of korean egg bread from maangchi, and I was like, “oh bibingka pala” I love the bibingka with salted egg as toppings & yong bibingkang galapong (rice flour) but the egg bread that uses wheat/all purpose flour is a good too & was easy to make.
Puto bumbong made with real pirirutong rice. Here in Manila it is now most often food coloring. Tsokolate in the province is made with thick brewed chocolate tableas, thick creamy carabao's milk. Swerte nyo dyan. Sa Manila puro substitute or not quite the really good stuff. Oh yeah. Christmas season na! OctoBER na!
