U told all the reality of the fnb department nowadays in hotel associate leave their job bcz of manager nd senior associate bcz they always demotive them I think here the responsibility come to fnb manager he also has to meet their associate once in month nd ask them about their issue and motivate them

Kon kon sahmat hai ki hotel industry ki bhi shift 9 hour honi chahiye, eske liye hum sab hotelior high court mai case dalana chahiye. Aur hamare neta anand sir hona chahiye. Sir aap ek community banao hum aapke sath hai , lekin woh duty 9 hour kr do.
