Me and my wife went to Santorini in september 2021, the first holiday abroad after devastating Covid blocked the world. Santorini deserves a visit once in a lifetime, it's totally different from all the others greek islands, it' magic with the beautiful white villages on the caldera balcony but don't miss the beaches ont the south-east side and the sunset at Akrotiri lighthouse , I took hundreds of wonderful pics... more expensive than other greek resorts, but stil affordable

Remember there is an excavated buried city, over 2,500 years old , since the cataclysmic eruption. It should move anyone with a heart to tears....bedrooms still intact, kitchens, beautiful pottery, even stables semi-intact. All the stunning murals were moved, piece by piece, to the museum in Athens, where they remain. 🌱🧡🌿🩵
Looks like Sidi Bou Said in Tunisia except that Sidi Bou Said comes with a beach you can swim in and it has a more traditional nice theme that has a huge historical value packed with deep religious backgrounds of Islam and the values it holds, it is a famous touristic site where people from all regions of the world are welcomed and respected, by the way it is mostly a walking city with no cars allowed. Beautiful yeah , but the organization for the tourist is 0 , so many rows and for go up and go down from the cable car yuo are going to lose 3 hour. climbing on foot is not recommended for donkeys and their dirt and stink, plus the stairs are slippery and many people fall
