    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Makhni Tikka:
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
    -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 tbs
    -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
    -Mutton dasti (Mutton foreshank) 4-5 large pieces
    -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
    -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
    -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
    -Nurpur butter salted 2 tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
    -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 2-3
    -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1-2
    -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
    Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce:
    -Yakhni (Stock) 1/3 Cup
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tsp
    -Nurpur Butter salted 2 tbs
    Prepare Butter Rice:
    -Nurpur Butter salted 4 tbs (40g)
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
    -Chawal (Rice) ½ kg boiled
    -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
    -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
    -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
    Directions:
    Prepare Makhni Tikka:
    -In a bowl,add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,raw papaya paste,lemon juice & mix well.
    -Add mutton pieces & mix well,cover & marinate for 1-2 hours.
    -Add yogurt,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,salt,black pepper powder,coriander seeds & mix well, cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
    -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
    -Add onion & sauté until translucent.
    -Add marinated mutton with marinade,mint leaves,fresh coriander & green chillies,cover & cook on medium low flame until tender (18-20 minutes) then cook on medium high flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).
    -Add mint leaves,fresh coriander & green chillies.
    -Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
    Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce:
    -In a frying pan,add stock,lemon juice,red chilli crushed,garlic,mix well & bring it to boil.
    -Add butter,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
    Prepare Butter Rice:
    -In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
    -Add red chilli crushed & mix well.
    -Add boiled rice,salt,lemon juice & mix well.
    -Add fresh coriander,green chilli & mix well.
    -On serving dish,add butter rice,makhni tikka & pour lemon butter sauce.
    -Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!

    Prepare Makhni Tikka:
    -Bowl mein hari mirch paste,adrak lehsan paste,kacha papita paste aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Mutton pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1-2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
    -Dahi,lal mirch crushed,zeera,namak,kali mirch powder aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
    -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
    -Marinated mutton marinade ka saath dal dein,podina,hara dhania aur hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur darmiyani halki ancch per guk janay tak paka lein (18-20 minutes) phir darmiyani tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
    -Podina,hara dhania aur hari mirchein dal dein.
    -2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
    Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce:
    -Frying pan mein yakhni,lemon juice,lal mirch crushed aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
    Prepare Butter Rice:
    -Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté karein.
    -Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Boield chawal,namak aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Serving dish mein butter rice,makhni tikka & lemon butter sauce dal dein.
    -Hara dhania dal ker serve karein!
