    Very good video, I always follow you. Do you have any information or video to fix the beating bell or any other honda that works? because here in Brazil there is no CBR.

      Hi, and thank you very much. Sorry, I'm a photo editor and upload the materials to UA-cam as a hobby. I photograph my personal motorcycle, and I only photograph when I need a repair, I do not initiate a "repair" just to photograph it.

      Hi, I'm shooting and editing videos based on treatments I do on my motorcycle, it's my hobby, and I'm uploading for entertainment purposes. I do not initiate repair jobs just to photograph them. Of course there is also an option to learn from my videos but I do not encourage people to Do It Yourself mechanics because there is a great deal to know beyond what I am filming and presenting here. And there is the dangers of working without proper knowledge, many dangers, both to health, and to life.
      To your question: This black smoke I think that is because the mixture is too rich.
      Do you have a carburetor?
      Or a fuel injection system>
      Please do not continue to ride like this, it will ruin the engine, and if you have a catalytic converter, maybe you may have already ruined it too.

      In cold start your engine start easily?
      What is the temperature in your area now?
      The IACV functions like a choke, maybe it's stuck on an open state? And maybe some other sensors is causing the ECM to give a rich mix?
      If you have a technical sense you may try to see if there are codes of malfunctions in the memory of the ECM, the test is performed using a DCT connector:

      At high temperatures(32-34dc), if the mixture is too rich, I would expect there to be a problem with cold starting ("first" starting). But you claim you have no problem with cold starting.
      If there is a problem of engine wear I would expect oil to escape inside the engine, then the smoke is white. Do you have a massive oil spill? But you claim the smoke is black.
      Your mechanic has seen the problem, and he probably understands what he is talking about. A trust in your mechanic is a very important thing, if you do not trust a mechanic look for another mechanic, and ask him for a new opinion.

    That sensor out of range at 50 degrees Celsius, what was the fault with the bike?

    • @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7

      Hi
      Sir the sensor checks a range between 50 and 80 degrees by spec. I didn't understand your question, maybe you could clarify please. Thanks.

      Ah. OK, You're right.
      No, my used and old sensor had no problem.
      The exchange was carried out as part of preventive care, because:
      I received a second-hand motorcycle,
      an 8-year-old motorcycle,
      with 66,000 km,
      and in the last two years before that it also suffered from neglect.
      So I replaced the temperature sensor, the work is easy, and the part is cheap.

      On my motorcycle, when it took a little time to start warming up, it started to pay, then when the engine was hot, then the problem was no longer there, it would go away as if it were a failure in linearity

    hello my bike is overheating even after running about 5 kilometres , the temperature bar is upto 5 and the fan is going continuously without stopping after 5 minutes of running... i used after market air filter...

    • @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7
      @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7  11 місяців тому

      Hi. I'll start with the air filter.
      It is not the cause of the heating. I also buy non-original parts. Just remember that in such a case the duty of quality control is on us. Performing this quality control requires a certain knowledge of engineering, so those who do not understand engineering should avoid buying parts from an unsupervised source.
      Heating to line 5 in five minutes sounds like a problem with the temperature sensor. So I would start by checking it. Even before taking it out, check for trouble codes using the DTC red connector.
      Whether the engine is very cold, and the sensor is bad, or whether the engine really heats up, in both situations using the motorcycle will harm the engine, so do not start the engine until the problem is located and gets a solution.
      If you have no previous experience in mechanics, I suggest you contact a qualified mechanic you trust on.

    • @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7
      @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7  11 місяців тому

      First check that you are not leaking coolant OR ENGINE OIL.
      If no coolant or oil are missing, and the temperature sensoer is working, the next step is to check the thermostat valve.
      There is a lot of danger in this type of work, also a risk, maybe you contact a certified mechanic that you trust on.

    • @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7
      @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7  11 місяців тому

      By the way checking the engine oil level, did you also change the oil filter recently? Because whoever assembles the oil filter upside down blocks the passage of oil to the engine, which causes the destruction of the engine in a very short period of time.

    Why is this procedure necessary??

    • @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7
      @mycbr250rdmotorcycling7  2 роки тому

      When I bought the motorcycle with 66,000 km, I marked some maintenance work for myself. Maybe in retrospect this work was not that necessary, but I did it, as a UA-camr I took a picture, and that's how the video that describes the entire procedure was born.
      This is necessary if you have a fault, or suspicion, in the ECT SENSOR.
