I can understand that some people need a focus device. As far as I am concerned I dont need it. I want to carry a minimal amount of electronic devices. Adding another tablet to just take notes is not what I am looking for. Is this a vast improvement of Gallery screens is up to your own opinion and the price for this device is not eye-catching to say the least. Thank you for your point of view.

The price is eye-watering and the limited functionality even makes it harder to justify the price tag. Still one using it, it is so pleasant to my eyes that I will definitely keep it.

I forgot to say that the marker plus as a marker is fantastic. The touch feeling the texture the eraser in top. As a single one stylus is the maybe the best pencil around. Just one pencil cannot do all the jobs of many others. The writing lag is non existent is a great pen. I just need to have many more other options. And finally the blue book folio is absolutely amazing. Some stuff and some packaging is better than Apple. I want to give credit to these people because they tried a lot. Is just the contrast of the screen and the inherent limitations in this screen technology that make their work much difficult.

I highly agree. Actually, after the first few lines on the screen, I was disappointed because the feeling of the stylus was so much "worse". But then I found, it's not worse, it's different. And after a while, it is now so much better that the sort of scratchy reMarkable 2 pen, which even has too much friction for me.
+1 also to your packaging content. Feels stylish as Apple, minimalistic, elegant, but more environmentally friendly at the same time. Kudos to them!

I am considering buying the pro stylus. Is it worth 50 more euroes? It's quite expensive, and if it is only for the eraser function I will not buy it. What do you think?

@@thomasdemilio6164 marker plus for sure. It worth every cent of the 50 euros. The feel the colour everything. The eraser for me is top functionally as well. Is acceptable premium for me. The assessories totally worth the money.

Sorry guys but reply on reply on you tube for me seems not to work. So I am responding here for the 3rd time maybe. The black marker plus is worth every cent. The texture, the feel the weight everything is amazing. The best stylus around except the tip that is hard makes so much noise especially on glass. It should have been Wacom for sure but if they give different tips I will be very happy. As stylus though is the best better than Apple Pencil. Makes Apple Pencil pro to look like a joke.

Did you have a chance to compare RM vs supernote ? Thank you for great review

Apologies, not at the moment, as I do not own an (older) Supernote. After the announcement of the A5X2 I may look into this when I can get this device.

I am going to publish some AI related stuff soon. What are you particularly looking for?
And yes, youngsters do not think about heath a lot in general. :-) Once you need three different focal lenghts (lenses for reading, computer distance and for further away), you start to reconsider ...

I received mine today after work and I used only at night. The writing feeling is better than I expected given that it has a glass screen but still I prefer the plastic screen of remarkable one. Is much more better than the iPad feeling because it has some kind of amortisation on the tip. But still is a bit slippery for my taste. Not the screen but the screen tip combination since my remarkable one is kind of slippery with the original tip as well. But if I use a Wacom stadler stylus the filling is much better for me something I cannot do in this device. The front like I do not like at all as in the eink device in general. Is so unnatural to me and cannot compare with using iPad in the dark, no way. Especially the oled one. I did not use it at day yet where I expect this device to shine but I was a bit underwhelmed by the screen. This technology has severe limitations. Many of scanned pdfs are unreadable completely. There is no way this device to replace an iPad is a complimentary device at best. Nevertheless, the colour although unimpressive is absolutely necessary for academic work. I was reading my PhD that had some diagrams in colour and it is a must to have some indicative colours to understand what is really happening in these simulations. The black and white pallete is completely insufficient to portray the results of my work. Also I am bit tired after work so need to access better the situation tomorrow. But a bit disappointed at first test.

Do you have any follow-up conclusions regarding the screen vs the oled ipad? I've had a lot of boox devices, even rm2 but now that i own the ipad pro 13 m4 i'm just going back and forth on this RMPP, especially because the tandem oled is so good and i don't really imagine a scenario where i would carry both big ass tablets with me. Maybe a boox go 10.3 and the ipad.

@mihaiconstantinescu8164 I will check this weekend and report back as I am so tired nowadays after work. Although I am an eink device lover there is no way remarkable pro to replace ipad for sure. Is a complimentary device at best. Initially, I was shocked by the way the front light looked in an eink device (not particularly against remarkable), but it was my first eink devise with light, and I was not used to it. The handwriting is better than the ipad, so if you annotate like a crasy mathematician like me, you can take this into consideration. What is a bit disappointing to me is that remarkable one with the plastic screen seems better to me. The eink is more eink. There is something to the glass that spoils the party. And you do not see the colours so much at night. I like to read and work in full dark with my ipad using the light setting at lowest (something bad for my eyes but I love it) and for that the ipad is amazing. Even the first generation 12.9 that I still have (LCD screen). And my wife has the 12.9 m1 mini led. I know these screens well.

@@mihaiconstantinescu8164 ok I have tested now through the weekend and I can say I am bit conflicted if I should keep her. It is jack of many trades but master of none. It is much better writing than the iPad but much worse than remarkable one because it has also a glass screen. Also the remarkable one feels much more eink device than the pro. This glass reminds a lcd tablet. The writing feel is compromised because of the glass because otherwise the remarkable marker plus is supreme. The 11.8 is compromise for me. Much better than the 10.3 size which I cannot stand anymore. The 11.8 is the minimum standard from me now but still fails to impress me. Their marker is amazing and I would pay full price even if I could use any other of my Wacom stylus. But still I want to have the option to use another stylus to be less slippery from time to time. I am thinking to return it not because is not a good device but because something else will come soon that will has my requirements I.e. plastic screen with remarkable one eink feeling, Wacom emr stylus, colour and A4 size. Maybe the new coming super note A4x2 will also have a gallery 3 screen and soft screen. The remarkable pro is always somewhere between in size, in screen visual feel, in handwriting feel. Eink needs a lot of light so the front light for night does not worth the compromise of putting glass instead of plastic. Even my wife agrees with that. The blue folio is so pretty and fantastic that I am thinking keeping the tablet only for that. The accessories are spot on. I keep testing for 2 months and take my decision by then.

I forgot to add that the gallery 3 has many limitations do not expect iPad colours here but I am prepare to compromise in all these aspects because I understand the limitations of the underlying technology. I am complaining only about the limitations resulting from the designers choice. They could have expand on the strengths of the remarkable one not to loose some of the amazing aspects of their first device. They want to beat Apple on their strong points not their weaknesses…good luck with that.
