I can’t stand the chiggers in mosquitoes and I live in town in Springdale. I have a lot of mosquitoes and my yard is kept very short grass, but my neighbors they have shrubs, but they don’t know how to take care of.
There were these two fellars standin' on a bridge, a-goin' to the bathroom. One fellar said, "The water's cold" and the other fellar said, "The water's deep". I believe one fella come from Arkansas. Get it?

Springdale tornado did cause people to have some major injuries. I know one person he had to be taken to Little Rock very severe injury

I’m price of a three bedroom two bath about 1700 square-foot home about maybe 5 to 10 years old. What’s the price?
I have to laugh when you talk about rental prices. I'm cutting almost $500/mo off the rent I'm paying in Tampa Bay and I'm getting a bigger place in NWA. I guess it's all about perspective.
