Are you not supposed to workout at all, or is it all just dependent on how your back is feeling?
From my perception trying to type you, I definitely felt you were IxFJ. Hard to tell if N or S without knowing you personally but definitely IxFJ. It’s extremely common to mistype when you’re an FJ or a TP due to your extroverted feeling (Fe) because your personality can look a little different depending on your environment/who you’re around/etc. For example, I know multiple ESFJs that look like ESTJs in a professional setting, so if they answer their questions based on that, they type as ESTJ rather than their natural type. Totally normal :)
