I do share the same feeling of "adc's are slow".. maybe it's because of the removal of lethal tempo. The best rune ever made.. Also not building atkspeed items sucks

I think removing LT AND making On-Hit items worse than straight AD kind of killed a lot of attack speed in the game. Will probably stay this way for some time, but at least the role got some attention, so I can't complain too much ;)
