That was because Bella as a puppy was raised by a cat so in a way I think she feels that she needed to do the same thing. And that turned out to be a good beautiful thing because hey the big cat actually saves her. And I'm not going to lie I cried because just when I think Bella is about to die from the wolves big cat comes to the rescue
She probably wouldn't have done that if she had never met a dog before. Bella's lucky. It's the oldest gag in the book, do someone a good turn and they end up paying you back. And yet it's still a good helpful moral to this day! ❤

Man this could have such a major blockbuster if it was funded correctly. Imagine this on a major studio peoduction. Would have been a classic, would have been right up there with movies like homeward bound or lassie.
Agreed, it had tons of potential to it. Properly funded it would have been even better. I was personally fond of it but also saw plenty of flaw in animation and other aspects too.
But despite all that it was still a pretty good movie because of the story although it reminded me of homeward bound. But it could have an even bigger movie if a studio maybe like disney or 20th century fox produced it.
It just shows that you can be to vary different animals but if you look out for each other that no matter how much time passes there is still that love for each other

It might be because some zoo's, use support animals for big cats as kittens because the mother either died or is unable to take care of the kitten they usually get separated when the kitten gets bigger but not always. So yeah this could be possible.🐯🐶
If the circumstances are right, it's highly possible. It reminds me of something I read. I don't remember how this went, but it was a poem. It was talking about a man in the forest who found an injured wolf and helped it heal. When it was fully healed and went on it's own, the man came back to the forest. This time there was a bear on the prowl and the animal started to attack the man. But a wolf pack came and went after the bear. The numbers scared it off. The wolf the man rescued happened to be an alpha so it returned with the pack, to help him like he helped the wolf.
Such a divine scene this is.... love it love it love it.... Tears rolled down my cheeks. Cannot stop them even after trying so hard.... This scene is so emotional and lovely....
I don't think people realize how relatively low-budget this movie is, if I remember it's only got an 18 million dollar budget so it's not going to have the CGI of 150 million-dollar Blockbuster movie. All things considered I thought it was pretty good

Coydogs, on the other paw, are dangerous because they have a coyote's natural opportunism, but a domestic dog's lack of fear of humanity. We've long since bred fear out of dogs; they can learn it, even from the ground up, but the instinct to fear humans isn't there anymore after so many millions of generations of domestication. Dogs and coydogs are also more social, and more prone to running in larger packs; coyotes tend to be solitary or live in very small family groups.
Coydogs at best, but I'm really pushing more toward they simply found some random mixed breed dogs to use for this. If anything some kind of northern breed mix or could have very well used certain smaller (or even young) dogs from the following breeds; Czech Wolfdog, Saarloos Wolfdog or Tamaskans. I personally would vouch Tamaskans myself as they tend to be much more trainable and versatile than the Czech and Saarloos combined though. That being said, some of the dogs used for 'coyotes' in the film actually had very large prick ears with low hanging, "hook tails" and their movement when they were doing the "stalk the prey" actually highly resembled a Border Collie as well, alongside fur type too for smooth coated borders or mixed of a BC. So also due to that, Border Collie mixes are also very, very likely here too. Being a canine behaviorist and working dog handler as well as moderate confirmation work, I've had to get used to identifying breeds and their structure as well as traits.

I loved when Big Kitten came on the scene combined with fierce background music! Big Kitten is like you're not going to mess with my bestie Bella. Big Kitten gave them beat down. Then Bella and Big Kitten's loving touching reunion, rubbing faces to "Lean on Me". My heart! I love these two beautiful girls. :)

I loved this movie. Big kitten was just a curious stander by until she realized they were hurting her long time friend. I love it when her face goes from normal to I'm going kill me some K-9's. Her ears go back and she roars and brings out the claws and teeth. 😀
