Well done but... You could have shown how You made the 60 degree cuts out of a 120 degree 3 jaw chuck. Also, how You chucked up on the threading without damaging the thread. That's tricks new guys could pick up.

I used my dividing head to mill the hexagon and I used thin aluminium sheet to protect the thread in the chuck.
You are right, nothing is as good that it can't be done better. I take your point of view with me. Thank you.

Vid 2:45 kör du in skärstålet alldeles för långt och tar av en bit av godset. Antar att det inte har någon påverkan på funktionen.

Det är ett gängstål som jag använder för att slå gängan. Så det är faktiskt meningen att materialet ska avverkas annars blir det ingen gänga.
