Bringing you my friend James Tennyson again [remember the Batman towel/kindergarten story?]. He came down to NYC from his home in Bennington, VT back in February and we recorded a few songs. He wrote this one years ago after recovering from a rough patch in his life, expressing simple gratitude for the things that helped him through it. Jim was hit by a drunk driver as a young teen and was in a coma for a while, so he's no stranger to recovery. Me, I'm grateful for almost fifty years of friendship with this soul.
