What I like about Enzo Maresca is that he is involed in the training himself, it is not only instructions, he is teaching. And the players are focused, no jokes or fooling around. I am so hyped to see how the team will perform.

He spent a week watching the player's games
The reason why the majority of our players had injury last season was the porch everyday gym . Throughout the Chelsea training session under Mauricio, I had never seen him once glue to the players like this man is doing
To be fair we saw him do something like that in pre season but after all stop
And now we are gonna see Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez cook properly. Not all that breathless running we had last season.
Our players have been having injuries from Tuchel and Potter,infact there were more injuries under potter

Cool to see how involved in actual taking part of the training sessions he is - I guess that’s one benefit of having a coach who hasn’t long retired, he doesn’t look out of place at all!
He’s not standing around rubbing his chin watching, he’s in the mix! I like how he’s pushing for faster passing it’s going to take time and of course we still have players coming back but I like the vibe he’s creating!

Spain replaced a big name manager in Enrique with de la Fuente. DLF was mainly in the youth teams for Spain. Winning euros two different times. He takes over the national team and wins Nations league and Euros. Sometimes you need to give lesser big names a chance.

@@Szmugleer Potter wasnt that bad...he's just cant deal with the pressure during his time, he managed so many big ego players such as Havertz, Mount, Ziyech, Pulisic and more...so he cant handle that feel bad for him

It's too early to be talking about winning the Prem because it's a new way of playing. Lots of work still to be done for the players to understand what he wants them to do and how he wants them to play
