- It has been a little over a year since I lived in this room.
Although there is no particular inconvenience, I realized that the room had become not so much my favorite space.
This is VLOG of redecorating my small room.
Decorating the shelves with my favorite things and organizing the storage made the room a place I like more and it was a nice refresh.🥰

I'm Nami, living alone in Tokyo Japan. The name "Nami" has multiple meanings in Japanese. One interpretation is a girl's name, while the other meaning is "ordinary." Nami no Kurashi, or "Nami's life," combines these two meanings. Kurashi refers to daily life. I don't possess any exceptional skills, and my life consists of ordinary days. I hope you find enjoyment in sharing these simple, everyday moments with me!

By North American Standards, your room is known as an Apartment. In Europe it's known as a Flat. Either way, you are so zen, spiritual and efficient with how you keep your home. It's so clean, organized, and has such a peaceful vibe about it. You inspire folks to want their home to be as self sufficient and organized as yours is. You take the most mundane tasks and turn them into so much fun.
You have been busy Nami, and your home looks perfect. I have had problems with curtains meeting in the middle and now I am laughing at myself for never thinking of using magnets to solve it lol. Have a lovely weekend. maria x 💐

Love your room makeover. It’s beautiful. In the USA we use a fitted bottom sheet and a top flat sheet. That way we only wash the sheets weekly and don’t need to wash the comforter cover weekly. You are a talented cook and home decorator.

Glad to see you doing okay. You survived the week. Now you can relax it’s the weekend. I love IKEA I been trying to declutter some of my library books and my dvd collection. Been going through Marie Kondo book on decluttering. I try to adapt the Wabi Sabi concept of living.

I love brussels sprouts, but most Americans do not. There are many ways to eat them but I like to cut mine in half and coat mine with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then I roast them in the oven. I sometimes eat asparagus, the same way.
