Yo Gio. Curt here. Great video! I been to SM Lanang many a time. For a short-term stay, I think you got a good deal. I agree with you. No need to put stuff in your name. And everything right there. Kinda like a turn-key. Continue to enjoy life brother. ---- Semper Fi!!!
That seems really expensive. I live in a very similar place in Chiang Mai, Thailand - same size, corner balcony big enough for two people to sit and eat dinner with mountain view, free wifi, cable, water, flat screen TV. Have to pay electric but all together its about $250 USD per month. I thought PI was supposed to be cheap!
@@GiointhePhilippines Thanks for the reply. Even Vietnam huh? I think I'm coming to end of my 18 month stay in Thailand and am tying to decide between Vietnam and Davao, PI. I don't ride motorbikes yet so ease of transport and cost are a factor. Plus I need reliable internet and a decent gym. Watching your videos now. Good stuff.
Since it includes all utilities and it is only a 30 day stay, I think it is a good deal IF you like the location. You are so near the airport...do you get a lot of jet noise? I agree that having a good computer desk and chair is really desirable. When traveling I seem to spend a couple hours on the laptop either planning events or editing photos.
Good video ….It would be hard for me to live a month at 32 meters but the price is good because its 500 all in ...I'ts a pain in the butt to pay the bills electric cable internet...so not bad
Hello, great video as always. Before you recommended Avila Towers. Which location do you prefer? Still seeing the cute girl from Davao you went on a few dinner dates with a couple weeks ago?
@@georgeofthejungle1184 Yes, you can bring guests but some are so strict. Avida is a bit of a pain, Id required, sign in, verify guest coming and going.
@@GiointhePhilippines OK Thanks, I checked a couple of Airbnb listings there and on both the hosts specified 'no visitors allowed' so presumably if the host doesnt explicitly forbid it then you're good to go :)
not for Mindenao. I rented on airbnb in Bicutan near SM Mall (nice area east of Manila airport near Laguna lake) an all inclusive condo for 425 with a pool. in Davao you should be able to rent a partly furnished 2bd house for $200. $80 electric $40 internet.
well Gio, Edit: for some reason I'm not seeing a lot of cheaper places in Davao because you only want to stay one month. but one dude was staying at a place... no pool... all inclusive, guard and fence, for only $200. was a partly furnished 1 bedroom apartment. but i think you have high standarsd.
too expensive for just a month . i went back to my country which is philippines and rent for 2 months in the condominium .. for 20,000 php per month .. to

Thailand and Vietnam have better quality and lower cost apartments and condos.

Liked the video geo, keep up the great work!
Thanks

The location is near the airport but I don't hear the planes so they must take off and land from the other direction not overhead here.

Looks good for 25,000 pesos p/m I like the book leaf in the kitchen. You can rent short term for 1 month ? Is it an AirBnb ?
Not airbnb, you can find these deals on www.rentpad.com
I live outside Davao, 8,000p a month (no contract) 3 brm townhouse. 2 years old, no pool 😭

I like the location of Avida better this one is a bit far out. My favorite is One Oasis. No we just had a few dates and that was it.
@@GiointhePhilippines Do these places allow you to bring a guest to your apartment? I got the impression Avida doesnt allow visitors at all.

@@georgeofthejungle1184yea, you have to check for that, sometimes they have that.
I was in Davao and Digos in May.
Nice place, right?
Try my unit In Arrezo ....its fully interior all items inside from the USA
For a one month rental it's ok, but I wouldn't lease it for a year at that price. It's too small for my taste.
Great deal to me.. hassle free..all inclusive.
Agreed, no deposits, nothing in your name and you can go month to month and leave anytime.
Thanks, helpful!
New subscriber here, nice looking place 👍
You can get cheaper on ABNB as I’ve stayed here and there’s no pool furniture or sun loungers whatsoever how bad is that.
There is pool furniture and sun loungers, I just stayed there.
does not seem worth 500.00 in the philippines
Well that's the gringo price.
Do you like Davao better than Cebu?
yea, I like it much better.

For sure you can stay much cheaper, I like having a pool, I like being near a mall and I like the security so for that I end up paying more.

Why did you leave Vietnam
Tired of the English barrier, dating isn't great either but I do still like Vietnam a lot!
@Steven G Thanks buddy, if you are here we will need to grab a drink sometime.
@Steven G Sure thing just let me know when you are here.
Great little Bachelor pad, short term 😉
Yea, I like it!
Mindanao Baby ❤️🇵🇭🏝😉
Not bad for short stay
Honey Bacon 🥓 Lami 😋
How many girlfriends now I’m only asking because I’m sure you have your choice there with women wanting to marry a foreigner
Now I have 0 but it is not hard to find a date for sure.
NOT good!
