Hi Ascendor, I've been following you for multiple months, and I wanted to thank you for making my journey more easy. I have a question for you for a video. I can easily be aware of the present moment without thoughts or its commentary. However, as soon as a person talks to me, I become completely unconscious. I think the mind believes if it's not in control during conversation with another human being, it could be detrimental. How can I be present during conversations? Thank you for what you do ✨
When you meditate, your senses are sharp, and your mind is calm. Do the same when you’re in a conversation. Listen attentively when someone speaks, and when it’s your turn to talk, trust that your mouth will respond naturally on its own. Thank you for your comment.
Thanks man! It's very interesting to realize, that everything around us (so called objects) is a living "something". Objects are not dead-matter things. They are happening. Mind can perceive only their shapes and colors, because mind is very limited. But after realization, that you are THAT (consciousness, whatever you call that), you'll start to realize, that everything is THAT and THAT is alive!
Hey Ascendor, I have a question that makes my ego desperate. So on the one hand I am whole as I am rn and I should accept my normality so that the ego is not resisting life anymore. But on the other hand I could manifest a better life. But to manifest there is the need to change something and that need comes from the ego. And the need pushes the „awakening“ further away. Should I say „I’m whole, I don’t need to change anything (the circumstances)“ to get „free of the ego“. So basically I‘m wondering if there‘s really NOTHING to change? 🤔🤯 I hope u understand that question 😬
Definitely can relate man thank you. when you meditate long enough this is when I started of my own experience and meditation I'll have to take time to understand the immortal part of your video. I don't quite understand that part yet. The last part you said when you can were thoughts are no longer defining who you are I definitely have that experience as well
When you have said in you’re other videos that you should sit down and do nothing. Because I’m used to meditating by focusing on the breath i start to unconsciously focus on it so I’m not really being and i start to control my breath. How could i divert my attention from my breath
I think it still ebbs & flows in intensity (attachment to mind). But you get better and better at not playing the game, eventually to the point where it’s nearly effortless. However the mind is always there so I don’t think you ever are 100% “free” from it. We may tango with entertainment of it but we more easily detach, because we are aware. I’ve spoken to many and heard many online but I’ve only known truly 2 people in my life who I believed to be truly what we call “awakened” or “enlightened” and that’s what I’ve observed in them. Both very special people who I’ve felt honored to be with.
There is no objective reality, it is all subjective, has to be since it's all there is. That said, the fundamental particle of reality is the fundamental duality, the vibration of the universe/consciousness/god. If there was no vibration nothing would happen. But yeah, this is all conceptual though to explain to the unexplainable.

You are the MASTER of your body and mind and we are still the SLAVES.....

Seems like your realisation has profoundly deepened lately. You are transmitting very strongly.
