Best wishes to Tim for a speedy recovery, Adrian is still one of the top official in motorsport I have seen worldwide calm and making it clear that the injured riders' health came first.
Grass track always seem to have a good following, they used to have a race close to where I lived, they called it mountain grass track, was bloody awesome to watch, flattish field with a big old valley, built holiday lodges in the field now, so sad,
The meeting was abandoned after the injuries to Tim Nobes took both the paramedics away from the track. It was decided after talking with Tim's sponsor and Tim, that the footage of the crash would not be included in the video, as it was so horrific. This has been done to help Tim's mental health on his road to recovery.
@@BOB231158 Thanks for the explanation. Got a bit worried when the video faded to black then talk with the clerk of the course. The word "horrific" was mentioned, which is very scary to read. Hopefully only broken bones? Wish him all the best on recovery!
@@Woodee I did add an explanation after the Clerk of the Course talk with the riders, but don't think many people have seen it. Tim is going to be ok. Only broken bones was his lower arm, which had a compound fracture that has now been operated on. Had a small bleed on the brain which they were not to concerned about, and rope burns around his neck, but yes, the crash was horrific.
They didn't award any places based on points on the day. It maybe re-run, but the ACU are still trying to get plans of a re-run in place. It's just a case of wait and see. Hopefully something can get sorted out, as it would be a great shame to not have a 2023 British Masters.

Seems the way in life now. Build on every bit of land possible. Off road bike sports are very low on the priority list unfortunately.
Why is it not the full meeting?

So will they be re-running the event or did they just award places based on accrued points?

54:35 what happend?
Which part are you asking about? Why the meeting did not continue? I did put an explanation on the end of the video.
He had a massive stone come up of his front wheel and hit him between the legs
@@jamien7698 He was doing a practice start, and simply couldn't hold it down. The track was very very grippy.
