thats 2 unfair. soul king slaughters everyone in his verse at once low-mid diff
1) yama does not get any stronger from SS to TYBW. in fact he loses an arm so technically hes sliiiightly weaker. 2) yhwach blitzes yama and cuts him in half. the power gap is much bigger than u stated. yama couldnt even react. 3) yhwach doesnt absorb schrifts, this is a common misconception. he only takes their power (reiatsu basically).

It would have been better writing if you were correct on 2) It was clearly drawn that Yamamoto had given up already. Just like Kubo gave up on a believable and consistent way to write him out. Bankai theft was just a reskin of the Wonderweiss ploy. They just stole from 4 main character captains so that it wasn't obvious. Even in filler arcs always seal him or his sword. We can't even have this debate because Kubo's scaling and consistency blows. I think character design and having 13 somewhat main characters made Bleach popular. Technically speaking, Kubo is just a terrible writer. The only person worse at consistent scaling is Toriyama and we all know it. I just wanna see Zanka no Tachi animated then I'm dropping. This was my plan from the start because the inconsistency just gets worse from there. Let's off-screen Zero squad. Let's have a gay viking ignore Toshi-Byaku&Ken new bankais and just get wiped by Juha cuz that was rewarding...

Yamamoto losing a arm half he's strength also remember certain characters in bleach cant go all out because the nature of zanpakuto. Yamamoto could not go all out due to the power of he's bankai being capable of destorying everything from just being activated.
Yama to me is obviously stronger that’s why ywach resorted to his measures to ensure he would not be directly affected by Yama Bankai … it’s so obvious… like super obvious lol … if Yama and ywach went head to head ywach is losing just like he did before … the plot shows ywach was smarter in his prep and acted correctly knowing the danger as in Yama arrogant even at his age and one arm went full force into battle relying only on his strength and resilience..

If Ywach was more powerful than Bankai Yama, he wouldn't have needed the medallions. Wonderweiss and the Bankai Medallions were all because Kubo couldn't write Yama well. Ywach with almighty suspended got chopped by a frikkin shikai. Only the 4 Captains with main character status got Bankai stolen and we never saw it again. He absorbed all of the shrifts yes but why didn’t he use any of the? Think with your head. He doesn’t get the actual shcrifts he just gets the riatsu from them
