How to deal with spy knife : Basically if they become invisible run around and spin around so you won't get a backshot attack, because the backshot takes more stamina than a normal hit. And also there is a sound effect that happens when they are invisible if they get damaged or hit, they do a yelling sound effect or something like that so try to focus them mostly, just so they won't gain a second life.
i don't think that is a good tip. a better one is just move when you feel the spy will attack, if you run in circles you will lose stamina rate and that is worse than the spy knife attack. Maybe move a bit every 1.5 seconds is good
Here is my suggestions : Toy knife + bravery Toy knife and bravery is too good since when you get baited after using playful rend you can use dash in the air and escape death. So it's pretty useful and I'm not kidding toy knife + bravery is also fun. Here is my second suggestion : Perseverance + ballet shoes. How Perseverance works is that it has 3 abilities, stamina decreasement, multi shadow, defense decreasement Defense decreasement is useful against HP characters and it's the heart icon. Stamina decreasement is the first one you spawn with. Now multi shadow is the icon with 3 people, basically it's a glorified goop slash but you need to hit the sans to actually happen, it basically adds a black fog everytime a dark shadow touches the sans and also slowes em down. Now why ballet shoes is good with Perseverance? It's the element of surprise and because ballet shoes has a sprint ability and it's useful to make a hit on the sans.
You should check out the barrier which can be found in the lobby (chara side and next to the void). Thats where all the souls are, all of them are good so i'll leave the comment there and let you choose whichever soul suits you.
that guy didnt explain how to get spy knife well, once you get horror axe there'll be an ability called head dog, and it can kill people when they're below 5 hp, it dashes forwards and slices, its a bit hard to hit but once you get a kill you'll get spy knife hope that helps
* since tr ULB nerf, he wasnt like before.. though hes still usable, he isn't as powerful as his peak. His phase 2 is still good.. so tbh try to max him out. Maybe itll pay off when the ULB rework comes. Who knows -from a guy with 21000k+ exp on ULB
Am hope you will get max Lb or little dust sans beocuse little FIRE MAKES HIM kinda very good *just little dust sans skin not any special max upgrade for him*
here is my first tip for you, don’t just use little sans, try to upgrade other characters, because the higher wins a person has, the easier it is to beat a fully upgraded character.
so im like 1/3 though the vid and this is painful to watch but its ok because you are new anyways if i had to give a tip use your weapons ability's you can find out what they do by going into the void oh and also go equip a soul it is in the barrier hope this helps

I have 2400+ wins (3400+ bc reset) and this game still rlly fun to play
my tip is to focus 1 character until its maxed so you can just use it for fun later

You should max underfell sans I got reset from it also you should grind in single player it really fast
