I probably met Coach Bowden 5 times. I can remember each time the way he concentrated on you as he shook your hand. He did make you feel special for that 5-10 seconds
Bobby Bowden impressed me as a coach, but he impressed me more as a good man who truly cared about others. He is a role model for coaches of all kinds. It hurts me that he's gone, but I'm happy for him because there is no doubt he's in Heaven. God bless Bobby Bowden! FSU Grad '77

I didn't get to chance to meet bobby Bowden personally but thank God for him my two cousins played for him, I like to thank Sam cowart who gave me an amazing message when I was a teenager when I was playing football. Thank you coach for leading boys to men
My dad got to,meet bobby and was impressed. He said afterwards. I used to be a bear Bryant Fan. But. Bobby is now my favorite coach. , he truly has character. And I have learned a lot from,him. Just in that one day of hanging out with him. . my dad passed away in 2007. From cancer. Dad like bobby was a Christian man. I shure miss bobby. My prayers are with. The family. If we could only be more like bobby. What a wonderful place this would be,,, Jesus got a good man up there,,
Saw Bobby and Terry speaking at a Men’s conference a few years ago in GA . It was such a blessing . Grew up in Pittsburgh, Pa and became a huge Seminole fan because of Bobby .

In 1993 Coach Bowden came to my School John Curtis Christian School River Ridge Louisiana he was there to recruit one of my Teammates I got to school early get a work out in before school started Coach say Hey Buddy where is Coach Curtis’ office as I was coming out to the locker room and i replied i I’ll show you so as we walked to The Coaches office he asked what position I played he asked my name he Made me feel as if he was there to recruit me was a great man BTW Steve Spurrier showed up not to long afterwards asked where was Coaches office i directed him to the Girls Bathroom🤣
