this was recorded on GAMMA 0.9.1. with the Zone Reality Re-texture.
The reshades used are phrozac's zone79, hunter 2.0 and core v2
The new weapons and adjusted positioning all come with the new update of the Ultimate GAMMA Gun Pack.
The HD models are from the KVMAS/Azetrix Model Merge Project.

Is it your favorite one? I tried it but I find it looks a bit odd, there's a lot of contrast and it has a really gritty vibe. Have you tried Manfred's Natural Reshade? I think it looks quite good

My favorite ones for general gameplay are Norfair's reshades, the Hunter ones are just what I used in this video since they pair well with Zone Reality.
The modding community for this game.... It's incredible. This is better, deeper, prettier, than many new AAA titles.

can I just add that you actually taking the time to put the effort in to stuff like this is really admirable? like this game can be a pain sometimes but actually getting clean footage without the game freakin out sounds like it'd be way more of a pain in the ass then other games.

I have this persistent stuttering while playing. No idea how to fix it. Already turned off CPU 0 and check the stuttering box in MO2. It just never feels smooth like your videos

I've been searching for that for ages, and finally found the addon..its actually ,,Weapon draggable HUD,, addon. You can literally change position of any weapon as you want right now already. Or wait for addon XD

those are just the default breathing sounds in Anomaly, you can turn them on in the HUD settings if you enable the mask overlay
hey whats the deal with the reposition? like they way your gun is held at certain angles how is that done?
custom reposition, you can find some mods for it in the GAMMA discord but the one you see in the video is a custom reposition I made

Sadly after one of those mini-patches (after release 0.9) i had instant drop from stable 60 fps to 30 and below, even during little action. I think it might be a case with some stalkers spawns. In bases i see entire army of duty, freedom, loners etc. During agroprom raid today i had to fight with 40 army guys. I hope stalker 2 will give us easier mod and multi--thread cpu support.
i noticed the same after one of the small patches recently :/
What you could try is: go to Mod Configuration Menu, Dynamic Despawner and untick "Avoid deletion of NPCs with tasks". Improved it for me quite a bit.

Does GAMMA run or play any better than the Dark Signal mod pack? I initially chose the latter because it was closer to vanilla anomaly but it's kind of a hassle to get it to work properly 99% of the time. Been thinking of switching to GAMMA but I am just not sure if it'll be worth it yet. Looks really good at least.
I have not tried DS so I'm not sure but I will say that GAMMA is definitely the most consistently updated mod pack with an active userbase that constantly supports and changes the player experience, which is why I'm into it currently.
@brainjackt alright thank you, I think I'll definitely give it a shot in that case. Dark signal hasn't been updated in a good year or so, so I think it's pretty much dead. Just hoping GAMMA is a bit more stable at least, as stable as the x ray engine can be at least.

it's not there by default, you have have to find it in the gamma discord. it's also been posted in our discord, as well

currently bouncing between 2 which I both play at 1440p. My main that I use for gaming that I cap at 60fps is a Ryzen 9 3950x/2080ti. My work pc for recording/editing/creative that I occasionally play on is an i9 13900kf/4080 which I cap at 120fps.

there's a really in depth guide explaining every step in the gamma discord, I recommend following that. you can find the link to the discord by just googling it I think
I really want to play this game but for some reason, no matter how I install it or what settings I put it on, I get tons of stuttering. It's a real bummer. I have at RTX 2060 (it's not the best but definitely very capable) and I can run almost every game I own on high settings but performance just tanks for me whenever I have tried Gamma or Anomaly. If anyone has any recommendations, I am open to them. Really would love to join in on the fun

Heya, these atmospheric videos you make for the game are incredible! I had a question if you don't mind, in the video you said the reshade used is Hunter 2.0, but in the description you say that the ones used are Phrozac's Grim v2 and the one that comes with the retexture mod (Zone Reality I'm guessing). I'm only asking because I'm trying to get my game to look like yours in this video and Hunter 2.0 makes it look close, but it's not quite there. It's also possible that you've edited Hunter 2.0 in the reshade menu to your specific liking or it could just be the scenery in the video because I'm testing in Rostok like a dummy lol. Love your content and thank you in advance!
that was an error on my part, I forgot to update the description sorry! best advice I can give is checking out the visual guide that I posted a few days ago. If you're having issues with hunter 2.0 try using the 1.0 version and messing with the sharpening, adding tfaa and adjusting the regrade to make it look closer to what you see in the video. I was stuck between Gamma and Anomoly but went with Anomoly. I heard Gamma is borderline frustrating ?
In gamma you can disable most of the frustrating stuff in mod organizer 2. You can turn gamma into just a better looking anomaly with more guns if you'd like.

@@ashcosmo3854 it basically turns Anomaly into a survival game. You are forced to craft and repair stuff (unless you disable some mods) since traders don't sell weapons or armor and it's just more hardcore overall like you have to use the proper ammo and your limbs can get damaged. But there are also lots of great quality of life mods. And like he said you can tweak a lot like more ammo spawns and stuff like that.

I was hyped for Stalker Gamma, until I saw how horrible the weapons part, repair and upgrade system is...
Too bad, I was really having fun until I realized I can't just upgrade or even repair my shit in the old way.
Now the npc just says "do it for yourself"... Is there any way to disable all of that?
Weapon parts and that stupid system associated with it? I takes away all the fun from me..
yeah it's just a mod pack, you can disable, delete, add, or change any part of it and totally customize it how you like it.
