- I'm having another PET scan to look at the mass in my lung. The 24hrs prior to the PET scan I'm not suppose to have any carbs, so this is what I'll be eating.

I actually love spam. I don’t care for it cooked. I cut it raw and make like little sticks with it and I like to dip it in mustard. There’s just something about the combination of the spam and mustard. Good luck with your PET scan.

I love it. A cooking show! I ate it fried as a kid but I can’t remember much, like what the meal consisted of. But it must have been on my Mothers cooking schedule

My husband likes Spam. I don't think I've ever tried it. Hope the scans go well!
They never told me I had to be on a special diet before my PET scans. I will keep this in mind when I have my next one.

I’ve had spam so many times. I would slice it and make a sandwich with onions. Now I don’t eat pork any more. I wonder if they make a chicken one.

Spam is highly processed no good!yikes actually all that is processed, not great but it is your journey and everyone has the right to do it there way but those items are not ideal for anyone nevermind cancer . God Bless good luck!

Brother you are eating a bunch of incredibly salty processed meats.
Why not a $6 roasted chicken from the store? It's brined yes so salt, but not not what is inside the processed stuff.
Plus, you get the joy of eating a nice chicken leg and wing with your hands, and it's warm🤤
That would have been a good idea if I thought of that earlier. Yes I know all this stuff has a lot of sodium in it, but it’s just for 24 hours
Are you avoiding your protein shakes because of the teeth pain? Some of the flavors are decent warmed up. 😊
Yeah I haven’t had one in a few months. I need to try and make one sometime to see if I can drink them without pain
I don't eat raw spam i think it's nasty in my opinion i like it cooked
