I remember hearing this playing on the radio ALL DAY back in 1994. I was only 8 at the time, but that summer was truly magical. This is one of those "time machine" songs for me because it immediately takes me back to that time.
When I was in elementary school, me and my two best friends (identical twins) decided to try out for our school talent show, dancing to Ace of Base's "The Sign." I was in extracurricular dance at the time, so I choreographed it. We wore matching T-shirts; forgot what they, I think the twins designed them. The best move and frankly the only one I remember, was the "I Saw the Sign," part. We lined up the 3 of us in front of each other, and each popped out - one to each side and the last one hands up to, "I" - "Saw" - "the sign", then of course we all did an "opening our eyes gesture." I forget the rest. It was fun as hell though. Our school loved it. I was watching, from the stage, students and teachers jam out to my dance and it thrilled me. It's one of my favorite memories, to be honest! I should get in contact with the twins and see if they have the footage. I think one of them told me a couple years ago they have it. If they have it, I will post it! 3 nerdy elementary school girls dancing to "I Saw the Sign" for the talent show. I'm sure you'd jam out too. 😁👯💃

I love your work, I am so glad to see you are renewing your releases. This track in particular is completely timeless. Much love from America to my favorite Swedish band!
