someone is bad at math? 35/7 = 5 mins each day the previous vlogs were always over 5mins so really if you didnt watch the vlogs for a week and then binge watched it you would have gotten a lot more.

For those who disliked this new idea bc. it's fewer uploads per week think of it this way: you could split this episode up and watch it in 5 parts and you still get 5 seven minute long videos a week.

Man UA-cam yea idk who’s forcing them to watch it all at once, took me 3 different times to finish it. I think fan input is always bad for creators who know what their doing, its like messing with a artist true intentions and creativity by fans always directing them in so many directions. I just take what he gives me. Believe UA-cam’s know by their stats when it’s time to make a change in their channel. Would you guys tell a director, writer or painter how to do what they do?

Any other medical students/doctors can agree/disagree with me here but I believe that running that many tests is only detrimental to your health as unrelated factors may show up and you jump to conclusions/assumptions (like the cysts). Also, with Richard's prediabetes, you guys were put into a room with food and for a prediabetes test, so unless he had the tests done (specifically the PFG/OGTT used to diagnose the condition with an 8 hour fast, it'd be void with irregular results. And *most* importantly, eating health does NOT equate to eating a vegan/paleo/keto diet, it just means eating healthily - i.e, have a well balanced diet. Last but not least, if you're going on a vegan diet, it may increase Vit D deficiency likeliness as you're missing great sources of it in fish (esp salmon, cod and oysters etc.), egg yolks and milk so please please please supplement it with at least either fish oil or a mushroom-rich diet every so often.
*BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALWAYS SEEK SECONDARY OPINIONS IF THE OPTION IS POSSIBLE*

Wow, good to see the vlog after one (way too) long wait of a week! Even though I was lucky to meet and discuss with you in person on NYE at Occo Marbella a few days ago, it won't be that way in the coming weeks as I don't live in Marbella thus would be cool if there could be some more regular posting! I liked the idea you mentioned to me of letting Benni takes initiative of some regular posting in between Sunday vlog. Vouching for it! :-)

Hey Jon, I'm going to give my honest constructive feedback here. Cinematography and editing skills has always been on point. This new concept in my opinion has lost my attention. I normally watch your videos and by the time I blink I have spent 35 minutes intrigued with your life story and activities. This episode had me pausing the video after 3 minutes and had me wondering what am I watching? I could not connect with it and to honest have not reached the end of this video upon making this comment. Weather there are juicy nuggets further in, there was not enough of a hook to have me wanting to hang in there for the climax. Always a fan, just thought I would share this so you can assess your new style going forward. Love and Light Mark

Ultimately, your Vlog is whatever you want it to be and that is your decision to make. With all the changes in both of your lives and other opportunities taking a higher priority, this seems like the right direction to go in. There will be many people who prefer a daily or more frequent video, but compared to (some of) the last few videos, this one is definitely an improvement in the sense that your drive for improvement is palpable and it really seems like you're working to get back to what brought everyone here to start with, you both being yourselves.

Jon, we all love your vlogs, however you should reconsider the posting scheme. Posting only a one vlog per week will inevitably cause a gradual lose of viewers, as those will not be willing to wait one week for a vlog. Another fact to consider is that, even though 40min vlog is perfect (it's like a movie!!), many people does not have this much time. 10-15min vlogs 2-3 times per week were way more attractive for the viewer than the newly set-out scheme. I will continue watching your vlogs no matter what, but please consider above said and as well as what other viewers commented in your previous vlog. Splitting the vlog in 2 or 3 parts or letting Benni do 1 or 2 vlogs in the meantime might bring a certain solution.
if he would care about growing fast and making a lot of money he could do 10 min vid everyday full with "trash" content. I dont mind the new concept tho
David Hlaváček yes I do get your idea, but the main reason they changed their upload schedule is because they weren’t happy with the old one themselves and not because they thought their community wasn’t happy with it. I bet they considered every single detail of your comment already beforehand and thus came to the recent solution.
the way I see it, its so long you can watch it yourself in 3 parts if you dont have time on sunday....just watch his monday and tuesdsay on one day, wednesday thursday on another free day, etc....everyone is happy

You do not need to watch the 30+ minute vlog in one day, just watch it throughout the week
