Svetlana Zakharova with her elegance and sophistication always win my heart.
They are all great but clearly you see it too. Every movement from Svetlana is elegant, every finger moves for a reason to create something special. I'm learning this may be a once in a lifetime talent to witness.

Krysanova is highly competent, Osipova's movements are sweetly innocent and free flowing...and then there is Zakharova.....an all-too-rare dance genius of the highest order.
Each dancer is amazing and great and brings her own talent, musicality and uniqueness to the role. I am so blessed to be able to enjoy each one!
Dare I say Osipova just steals this one. Crisp with a beautiful sense of performance, even a little playful. Not to take away from the others of whom Zakharova is a favourite but Osipova........
My only criticism of her is she didn’t come down into that very specific 5th position either time in the beginning. That tends to always be my criticism of Osipova. . . . . . I love her speed and power, but sometimes I want to see the step the way it was choreographed.
@@levondelite4072 that is the one position I always look for in Raymonda but for some reason just overlooked here. I become a little forgiving as I get older.
Each dancer brought her own special flair to the stage:
Katia: great phrasing
Svetlana: great musicality
Genia: wonderful technique
Natalia: great fluidity

Look it up. Alexandrova did. There is variation in UA-cam.
To me，Zakharova’s version is the textbook for this variation. Hitting everything with highest precision.

Svetlana and her beautiful long arms and upper body from training at the Vaganova school. Also her wonderful extensions. I believe Osipova Was the last dancer. More fire and energy. However they all were wonderful. Thank you for posting.
Normally I would watch Obravtsova in preference to almost any other dancer, but Zakharova totally nails everything---the elegance, the speed, the precision. She's textbook perfect here and still has a sense of style I think Krysanova has not yet achieved. And I wish some Western company somewhere would pick up this ballet. The story is a little silly (like most ballet stories) but the dancing is stunning and there are so many fun little solos. Thx for posting!

@@DanceLineBallet I will always be biased as La Fille Du Pharaon was one of the first ballets in my life I watched (because the version with Zakharova/Filin was running on TV). The dancers got an incredible place in my heart, especially because I fell somehow for Ta-Hor. John Neumeier's Nutcracker has a hommage to the balet because the Arabian Dance is then supposed to be La Fille du Pharaon with similar costumes (the whole second act is interpreted as a ballet show...)

everytime Ospiva goes into manège mode her tutu looks like it's about to catch fire. So much stamina.

Krysanova, then Osipova, then a tie for Zakarova and Obratsova. All 4 were wonderful! The particular variation that Krysanova & Osipova did looked slightly more difficult than the one Zakarova and Obratzova did. Thank you so much for posting 👏👍🥰❤️👏💕😘💗
Zakharova e Osipova hanno una musicalità pazzesca. Sono come un pennello che scorre sulla musica. Io sono un super fan della Osipova. Amo la sua forza, i suoi salti, il suo collo del piede (sarò cieco ma lo preferisco a quello della Zakharova). Penso che sia una ballerina “svalutata” per via delle sue prestazioni atletiche di altissimo livello. Ciò nondimeno in queste performance ho amato Svetlana Zakharova. Semplicemente perfetta.
Effettivamente Zakharova in questo ruolo ha davvero una bellissima presenza oltre che tecnica, siamo d'accordo 🥰
sono daccordo con te per quel che riguarda la osipova, vederla ballare mi da delle emozioni uniche, per le qualita' di cui parli e non solo, la Zakharova credo invece sia un po sopravvalutata per il suo grande fisico e le sue estenzioni

Zakharova is stunning here. All the more that it is not her "comfort zone", not her usual style. She is usually a very lyrical ballerina, using much flexibility in ports de bras, with sometimes too much effects in arms and upper body to my taste. And here we have Pierre Lacootte, the opposite style : quick, sharp, strict, very academic, the "old frecnch school". And she nails it. She makes the choreography so clear, neat. She brings something larger (more "russian") but in a way that still perfectly matches Lacotte's style. Very appropriate ports de tête.
Obraztsova is the truest one to this style, with a stunning footwork, pristine technique and that touch of playfulness. This is closer to her usual personal style. And she had several opportunities to dance Lacotte's choreographies (Marco Spada at Bolshoï and La Sylohide as a guest star at Paris Opera). She rehearsed with him. I also love how she connects each step, each sequence, to the whole variation. She clearly keeps the full framework in mind at any moment.
The 4 ballerinas are great indeed. 👏

Zakharova (ELEGANT), Obraztova (EXCEPTIONAL), Osipova (EXCELLENT), Krysanova (VERY GOOD) They all are very different......ALEXANDROVA has been my favorite

Zacharova’s a stands out - she offers in the dance pure perfection!🌟I agree however with the person bellow that Osipova is like a fire and Evgenia Obrazcova has a perfect technique but her version is slightly different that Zacharova’s, and the first ballerina is a top performer but her version is also different than Zacharova’s.

Zakharova fantástica, la mejor..luego Obratsova divina musical y encantadora... Osipova... humm..no me convence, se apoya en su gran técnica pero no tiene la delicadeza que tienen las otras dos y se ve descuidada su interpretación...cada vez me gusta menos verla.

I'm gonna say Obraztsova, Zakharova, Krysanova, in that order. I won't rate Osipova because she clearly hasn't finished her training yet.
