Lettering is the backbone for t-shirt airbrush artists. This tutorial shows how to write the alphabet in capital script letters. Everyone's style is different, but you should first learn to write clean and consistent script letters to build a habit of good writing skills with the airbrush.

I just recently started airbrushing and I've been watching different video trying to learn a good technique. I just watched 3 of your videos and learned more about airbrushing then the dozen videos I already watched. I highly recommend watching him for any one new to airbrushing. I'm a follower for life!!!!!

Thanks for the video tutorial. I learn by watching others. Now if I can get the control of the trigger down pat I have been told that my penmanship is good. I learned to letter in college after taking basic architect rendering and civil engineering. I know it takes practice, practice, practice.

Gregs Airbrushing Made my first real effort at script lettering today. I have to say, it looked very good for a first true effort. A friend of mine was very impressed. I followed what you said and incorporated it into what my instructor has said, it works. Thanks again for the entire alphabet.

+Cassie Garza sure Cassie, names in the right spot takes time. sizing and making sure you don't run the name off the shirt takes practice. i'll put that on the list of videos to do. take care
fabric paint artist(by brush) about to get back into airbrushing...first used single action years ago- gonna have to get used to my dual action adjusting that trigger to keep the air blowing while spraying in sections..maybe you could direct me to one of your videos on how to do that,,

Thanks 4 taking time 2 show the simple things that could make big difference in our practice im also a beginner and I'm always having trouble with the paints do you always have to add reducer when you're working on T- shirts and fit canvas besides reducer is their anything else ppl use to better their airflow??? And what's the needle you use 4 shirts and 4 canvas any difference

Not sure what I’m doing wrong I’m using wicked colors paint and opaque psi is below 20 thinned like 60 paint 40 thinner mix just practice on paper and I’m getting way do much over spray

Hey Greg! Quick question what is the compressor setup you are using Psi and all. Your air seems to flow nice and strong. I just bought a cheaper harbor freight 1.5 hp 58cfm with no tank just the compressor. Flows good but doesn't seem as strong and smooth as yours. Thanks man for any info!
